Digital Oce Phone Kit
Easy Setup Instructions
These instructions guide you through setting up ConnectLine’s digital
office phone solution. There are two methods for installation:
1. Hard-wired setup
2. Wireless setup
1. HARD-WIRED SETUP METHOD

If your digital office phone has a headset por t, you can also set up the digital office phone kit using this
functionality. Instructions for this method are available in the Produc t Literature section at
www.oticonusa.com/connectline in the booklet called “Digital Office Phone Kit Setup Guide.”

Inser t coiled cabl e into the back p ort of the
Sennheiser box as pictured.
Remove p hone receive r cord from
phone b ase & replace w ith coiled cab le from
Sennh eiser box. The co iled phone ca ble will
now conn ect the Senn heiser box and p hone
base.
Inser t phone rece iver cord into f ront of
Sennheiser box.
Inser t the AUX cabl e into the hea dset jack on
the Sen nheiser dev ice as pictu red. Plug th e
mini jac k end into Strea mer Pro.

Handling calls using the hard-wired setup method:
• No alerts will be heard through the hearing instruments. (the ring
sounds on the phone only)
• Make sure the AUX input is selected on Streamer Pro. Press the AUX
button if necessary. (note: not the phone button)
• Ensure the phone button on the Sennheiser box is in the up position.
(not pressed down)
• When a call comes through, pick up the phone receiver and place it on
the desk or table surface. Conduct the conversation through the
Streamer Pro as usual. Replace the receiver when through.
• For outgoing calls, lift the receiver and place it on the desk or table
surface. Dial the number and the call will go through. Replace the
receiver when the call is ended.

(Before beginning, insert the included batter y into the Sennheiser device.)
You will use Streamer Pro in conjunction with
the Sennheiser box, coiled phone cable, and AUX
cable, pictured below:
Control settings on the bottom
of the Sennheiser box:
• Set the ABC switch to the
position that provides the
best sound quality.
• Rotate the small volume
control dial to achieve the
best balance of sound quality
and volume for both par ties.
