Wheel Tipper / Loader
Application: Steel or Aluminum Wheels, inated or uninated
Description: Tool reduces chance of injury when maneuvering steel or aluminum wheels for service.

and safety precautions must be read and discussed in the operator’s native language.
Wear eye protection that meets ANSI Z87.1 and OSHA standards.

Do not let go of the handle once the wheel has started to tilt.

Do not leave the wheel unattended in an upright position.
•
No alteration shall be made to this product.

Do not use this wheel tipper for anything other than its intended purpose.

Inspect the condition of the wheel tipper before each use; do not use if damaged, altered,

or in poor condition.

Hub Flange Against Floor
(steel or aluminum wheel)
1.Hooktherstnotchofthewheeltipperinoneofthe
wheel holes. Notches 2 and 3 on the wheel tipper
should be facing toward you as shown in Figure 1.
Note: Do not use the hole with the valve stem.
2. Place both hands on the grip end of the tool.
3. Slowly push down on the handle of the wheel tipper
to raise the wheel to an upright position.
4. Remove the wheel tipper.

Aluminum Wheel: Hook the second notch (marked
ALUMINUM WHEEL) of the wheel tipper to the rim
of the wheel as shown in Figure 2

to raise the wheel to an upright position.

Loading Instructions
1. Follow the instructions to use the wheel tipper / loader
to raise the wheel to an upright position.
2. Position the wheel one foot away from the tailgate or
bedofthevehiclewiththehubangefacingawayfrom
the vehicle.
3. Insert the wheel tipper / loader through the center of
the wheel and rest the pad on the tailgate / bed. See
Figure 4.
4. Place both hands on the grip end of the tool.
5. Lift the handle of the tool, and let the wheel slide down
the tool until it is stable on the vehicle bed / tailgate.
See Figures 5 and 6.
6. Remove the wheel tipper / loader.
Unloading Instructions
1. Insert the wheel tipper / loader through the center of
the wheel and rest the pad on the tailgate / bed.
2. Hold the grip end of the tool in one hand, and pull the
wheel off the tailgate and onto the tool.
3. Place both hands on the grip end of the tool, and slowly
lower the handle of the tool. Let the wheel slide down
the tool until it is stable on the ground. See Figure 7.
4. Remove the wheel tipper.
