STO WABLE HA RNESS AND H IPBELT
A zippe red c ompartment on the P orter ’s backpanel
provide s access t o a stow aw ay padded shoulder
harness and nylon hipbelt with foam padded hipwings
for us e during bac kpack style carry.
1 Remove the shoulder harness from the top
zippe red c ompartment on the backpanel and the
hipbelt fr om the fabric compar tment at t he base
of the back panel.
2 Connect the male buckle found on t he nylon
harness t ensioning str aps to the female buckle on
the hipbelt’s fabric hipwin gs and t ension to fi t on
body. Reverse this process to once a gain s tow the
harness and hipbelt .
ERGOPULL™ HIPBELT
The stow away nylon hipbel t wi th fabric hipwings utiliz es
Ospr ey’s exclusive modifi ed straight ErgoPull™ closure.
To operate, loosen the webbing enough so that you can
connect the center buckle. Grasp the loose ends of the
webbing on either side and pull in and across evenly w ith
both hands at the same time.
LOCK ABLE PA NEL LOAD A CCESS
A dual loc kable zippered fron t panel pro vides access
to the main compar tment. Once inside, the int ernal
organiza tion consist s of one in ter nal mesh zipp ered
pock et , one internal fabric zipper ed poc ket and ample
spac e for additional ge ar.
FRON T PANEL ORG ANIZAT ION COMPAR TMENT
A lockable zipper ed front panel organization
compart ment prov ides addit ional organiza tion and
easily accessible s torage capabilities. Once inside the
compart ment you will fi nd a padded laptop sleeve, a
zippe red , padded tablet sleev e, organizational pockets
and ample room for ex tra gear.
STRAIGHTJACKET™ COMPRES SION
Dual foam padded sidewalls work in conjunc tion with our
Str aightJacke t™ compr ession sy stem to both protect
content s and stabilize loads. L oads can be compre ssed
and st abilized by tens ioning the dual StraightJacket™
str aps on the pack’s fr ont panel When con tents are less
than full the prot ected buc kle s on the r ight side pan el
of the pack serv e as connection points for the str aps
compressing and stabilizing your load.
PACK ATTACHMENT
The slider s along the sides of the Da ylite button through
the four cord loops found on the Por ter’s front panel. Push
the slider through the c ord loop fr om underne ath and
tug on t he st raps to tighten. Adjusting t he tension on the
str aps w ill allow you to st ash additional gear behind the
Daylite.
