Addendum to PXS8 Integration Manual for Class II Permissve Change

The following is to be added as an addendum to section 8.2 of the Cinterion/Gemalto PXS8
Integration manual (Version 00.110a DocId: PXS8_HIO_v00.110a)

The PXS8 can be collocated with other RF transmitters subject to the following conditions:

1. The maximum antenna gain for the PXS8 is limited to 3 dBi (850 Mhz) and 2.51 dBi
(1900 MHz)

2. Co-located RF transmitters must have their own FCC ID and ISED IC Number.

3. Co-Location will be limited to fixed or mobile categorized host device, where a separation
distance between the antennas of co-located transmitters and any person of minimum
20cm can be assured during normal operating conditions.

4. For 2.4GHz WLAN the averaged max EIRP shall not exceed 25 dBm

5. For 5GHz WLAN operation the averaged max EIRP shall not exceed 27 dBm

6. For 2.4 GHz Bluetooth averaged max EIRP shall not exceed 16 dBm
