1. Connect the power cord to the back of the ampli fier then con nect it to a wall outlet.
2. Connect your devices to a suitable inpu t (more instruction s on page 6).
3. Turn the power button to the On position, after two seconds the unit wil l enter working status and the inpu t indicator will li t up.
4. Press the Bluetooth, OPT, LINE or AUX button on the remote or the vol ume knob to cho ose a audio source.
Control the playback via the remote control by
pressing the button s. Note: The amplifier wi ll shut o
automati cally if the temperature exceeds 185°F, to indicate thi s the Power indicator will turn orange. The ampli fier wi ll re-start automati cally when the temperature has dropped below 140±10°F.
Bluetooth Pairing
:
1. Press the Bluetoot h on the remote to activate the Bluetoot h source.
2. Activate Bluetooth on your phone/tabl et and start searching for new Bluetooth devices.
3. When your phone/tabl et finds OSD NERO XD,
choose this
unit and begin pairing up.

Operation
Connect Your Device:
Connect your subwoofer to SUB out. Connect your CD player via its RCA cable to
the RCA L/R input . Ma ke sure you connect the “L” plug to the left input channel and the “R“ plug to the right inpu t channel.
Connect your phone/tablet /MP3 via an AUX
cable to Line In.
Connect your DVD pl ayer via its optical fiber
cable to the Optical Input.
Connect your speakers to the Speaker
Output. Make sure you connect the -/+ and the L/R cables to the right inpu t. Note: Remember to press the desired source butt on on the remote control for the audio source to work.

Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Ca use
No power - The power cord is
disconnected.
- Poor connection at the wall socket or the wall socket is inactive.
No s ound - The sp eakers are
disco nnected.
- Volume con trol at lowest level.
- Check if the signal cables are damaged..
- Check if the LEDs are blinking. If not, rest art the a mplifier and ensure that the LED displays is in standby. If it still doesn’t work, conta ct customers service.
Sudden
ly no sound during operation
- Ch eck if t he au d io so urce works.
- Maybe the produ ct has entered into over-heat protection mode.
Bad sound - Audio source problem
- Bad or incorrect speake rs con nections.
- Treble and bass control are too low.
LED o
- Check if the amplifier is con nected with the power outlet and confirm that the vol tage regulator works.
´ To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do
not expose the product to rain or moisture.
´ The product should not be expos ed to any
dripping or spla shing liquid.
´ Objects filled with liq uids, such as vases,
should not be placed on the produc t.
´ Keep the remote control batter y away from
children. Disp ose of used battery promptly, replace only with a batter y of the correct typ e.
´ Protect the power cord from damag e.
Do not pull push the power cord exc essively, and take care not to let the power cord become pinched, par ticularly at or near
the plug.
´ Keep the product away from heat sources suc h
as heat registers, stoves or other appli ances

Warranty Information
All OSD AUDIO electronics have (2) year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase must accompany all claims. During the warranty period OSD AUDIO will replace any defective part and correct any defect in workmanship without charge for either parts or labor
OSD AUDIO may replace returned electronics with a product of equal value and performance. In such cases, some modications to the mounting may be necessary and are not OSD AUDIO’s responsibility.
Damage to or destruction of components due to application of excessive power voids the warranty on those parts. In these cases, repairs will be made on the basis of the retail value of the parts and labor. To return for repairs, you must email customer service at RMA@audiogeargroup.com for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number then the unit must be shipped to OSD AUDIO at the owner’s expense, along with a note explaining the nature of service required. Be sure to pack the product(s) in a corrugated container with at least 3 inches of resilient material to protect the unit from damage in transit.
This Warranty Does Not Cover: Damage caused by abuse, accident, misuse, negligence, or improper operation (installation) • Any products that have been altered or modied • Any product whose identifying number of decal, serial #, etc. has been altered, defaced or removed • Normal wear and maintenance.
