ORPHEUS DA- O NE f e at ures Ana gra m Tec h nolo gies software based sample rate conversion technology . Eac h inco ming data s trea m is conve rted into a high defi nitio n 24bit/1 92kHz si gnal prio r to being converted to the analogue domain. The complexity of the analogue reconstruction filter is significantly reduced by using a 192 kHz sampling rat e. This re sults i n near pe rfect pha se line arity and soundstage quality.
ORPHEUS DA-ONE features a modular layout. The board’s upsampling module, or the whole conv ersion board itself, can be changed in the future and thus adapt ed to ne w techno logie s and data formats.
