Before designing and during the production, the safety of operators and products all have been
considered. Please following this users instructions strictly to operate or install the machine in
case of personal injury or accident occur.
(1)The installation of the inverter should be done by professionals or under the assistance of the local
dealer. (2)Verify whether the input DC voltage range meets the requirements ±15% and the correctness of
voltage polarity. (3)Confirm the grade of load device voltage ,power should not be more than rated output power of
the inverter
(4)Do not flow any liquid inside the inverter, or with a damp cloth to wipe the machine casing. Can
not be directly Contact the inverter input and output terminals when the machine is running,
especially with wet hands, otherwise electric shock injury will occur.
(5)If you need to change the working environment under the normal working state, do not change its
connection, your operated should be assistance and confirmation by the professionals or supplier.
(6)The operating environment of inverter should be well-ventilated, temperature range -20-45
degrees, keep away from the ignition sources spot and direct sunlight, Can not run in the
condensation, dust environment. During the operating, the heat is normal phenomenon, should
maintain the ventilation, clean installation environment, in particular, can not block the ventilation
holes.
(7)Minors can not use this product.
(8)Confirm weather the inverter can be connected with the earth wire,Live line and Zero line can not
be reversed, the diameter shall comply with the conditions of safe use, for the cable, keep it as
short as possible.
(9)Do not open the case of the inverter without any special circumstances; otherwise we will not
classify it as product warranty matter.
(10)Please keep this manual for future reference.
Attention:
A.Do not use in life-sustaining equipment without permission.
B.Do not use in high precision electrical equipment,need professional person`s confirmation.
C.Use to power computer,built-in power supply should be brand power.
Warring
No battery reverse connect.No wire zone line reverse connect. Do not using during flammable and explosive air. Pay attention to spark.
Please connect battery first then no disorder.
1.INV-A1 Solar inverter introduction:
This kind of power inverter upgraded and promote completely according to the adavantages and
disadvantages of old ones,use latest power efficiency technology.with high convert efficiency,stable

equipment.etc.

(1)
:Description of the diagram
A、Give priority to the use of AC
Step1:When Utility Grid input is normal,AC power the load directly and recharge battery.
Step2:When Utility Grid shut off,the system will switch to give priority to the use of DC in 5ms automatically, ensuring normal working.
Step3:When Utility Grid is recovery, system will switch to give priority to use of AC and recharge
battery.
B、Give priority to the use of DC
Recharge battery mainly from solar energy,Utility Grid assist recharging.
Step1:When Utility Grid is normal,voltage of battery higher than 11V,DC turn into AC through inverter and power load.
Step2:When the voltage of battery is lower than 11V,the system switch to Utility Grid automatically and recharging battery.
Step3:When the voltage of battery up to 13.5V, system switch to photovoltaic power and power the load.
Step4:When both Utility Grid and photovoltaic power broke down, battey will shut off when voltage lower than 10v If Utility Grid is normal,AC will power load and recharge the battery.
If Utility Grid still broke down, photovoltaic power recharge battery until voltage up to 12v and turn on with conversion mode.
(2): Intelligent charge
1) Charge different kinds of batteries,refer to the parameter of product(page five of this
manual)
2)Three charge stages
Stage 1: the charger will run at full current in CC mode until the charger reaches the boost voltage.
Activate battery,promote power.(constant-current charging)
Stage2: the charger will keep the boost voltage in Boost CV mode.give battery enough time to absorb
energy,protect battery and electrode form over charge,extend life time.(constant-voltage charging)
Stage3:when the battery is full,It will turn into float voltage automatically to keep full power and
check battery power all the time,stop working when charge finish to save power..(Float charging)
(4)Power save mode(detect time is 5s):when boot under this mode,no load power consumption is
1w-6w,only CPU works,It will detect system cyclically,when load more than 30w ,system will boot
and enter normal working mode ,when load is less than 30w,It will enter energy-saving mode
in5s.This mode save unnecessary power.
