JamKey Editor Tool is an application for your laptop
Before install last version of JamKey Editor, remove or disinstall
the old one you have in your computer.
In the new version of MM49.pro_JamKey Editor 1.4 we had fixed some bugs
and add new functions :
1- Add : Organ Mode ( O.M ) in Upper and Lower section :
Using this function, with those sounds no needed velocity ( organ, sinth ecc.. )
you can simulating the real organ fast touch.
The key will play a sounds using
only the first contact below the key.
The second one will be ignore.
2- Add a new section : Live Performance
This powerful function allow you to manage an infinity number of patches
you have inside of your lapTop.
a- Create a Patch folder
b- Put inside of it your Patches
c- Select Directory where patches are. ( Select Dir )
You can see a Patches List and now you can select one by one using
tabs and press enter to send to JamKey in fast mode.

Firmware Update is a file with exstension .bin
It's only to update the JamKey keyboard using JamKey Editor fuction.
How to install Firmware UpDate into JamKey keyboard
1- Download firmware file .bin from our site www.jamkey.net
into your laptop. Here you must have JamKey Editor installed.
2- Switch Off JamKey keyboard
3- Open JamKey Editor Tool on your computer
4- Switch ON JamKey keyboard halding tab “Soft/Normal”
on the Left side of the Panel
You can see the eight LedTabs on the right side of the panel blinking sequentially.
5- Select from Settings Menu : Midi
6- Choose Midi Input and Midi Output Connection : JKC MM49 TEC.
7- A dialog box appears :
Click on “Software Update”
Find and select MM49.pro_JamKey_firmware_1_4.bin
into your computer and click OK/Open
8- A dialog box appears and UpDate starts :
The Update is in progress. Wait please.
9- When update is completed, you can see this message :
