しています。
・ 取扱説明書をよくお読みになり、製品を安全にお使いください。

はじめに

 お使いになる前に

製品の取り扱いは、適切な資格を有する人が行なってください。
お使いになる前に、「安全上のご注意」をよくお読みのうえ、正
しくお使いください。
製品内部の点検や修理が必要なときは、お買い上げになった
支店・営業所にご連絡ください。
この製品は、一般的な産業機器の機器組み込み用として設計
されています。その他の用途には使用しないでください。この
警告を無視した結果生じた損害の補償については、当社は一
切その責任を負いませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

 規格・CE マーキング

モーターは下記の規格にしたがって設計・検査を行なっており、
認定を取得しています。認定品名は、モーター品名です。
モーターは低電圧指令に適合しています。

UL 1004、UL 2111、CSA C22.2 No.100、CSA C22.2 No.77、
GB 12350

認定機関

UL File No.E64199（6 W タイプ）、E64197（15～90 W タイプ）、

適合規格

上記規格で要求される過負荷運転試験および拘束温度上昇
試験は、歯切りシャフトタイプはギヤヘッド付き、丸シャフトタイ
プは放熱板付きの状態で行なっています。放熱板のサイズ、材
質は以下のとおりです。

設置条件

過電圧カテゴリーⅡ、汚損度 2、クラスⅠ機器（適用規格
EN/IEC 規格）

機器によって過電圧カテゴリーⅢ、汚損度 3 の規定値が要求さ
れる場合は、モーターを IP54 相当のキャビネットに収納し、絶
縁トランスを介してモーターに定格電圧を給電してください。

 爆発性雰囲気、引火性ガスの雰囲気、腐食性の雰囲気、水の

かかる場所、可燃物のそばでは使用しないでください。火災・感
電・けがの原因になります。

 設置、接続、運転・操作、点検・故障診断の作業は、適切な資

格を有する人が行なってください。火災・感電・けがの原因にな
ります。

 通電状態で移動、設置、接続、点検の作業をしないでください。

電源を切ってから作業してください。感電の原因になります。

 電磁ブレーキは、制動、安全ブレーキとして使用しないでくださ

い。可動部およびモーターの位置保持用です。けが・装置破損
の原因になります。

 モーターの過熱保護装置（サーマルプロテクタ）がはたらいたと

きは、電源を切ってください。過熱保護装置が自動復帰したとき
にモーターが突然起動して、けが・装置破損の原因になります。

 モーターの過熱保護装置（サーマルプロテクタ）がはたらいたと

きは、負荷は保持されません。別系統の安全対策を設けてくだ
さい。けが・装置破損の原因になります。

 モーターは、クラスⅠ機器のみに使用してください。感電の原因

になります。

 モーターは筐体内に設置し てください。感電・けが の原因に なります。
 設置するときは、モーターに手が触れないようにするか、接地し

てください。感電の原因になります。

 電源入力電圧は、定格値を必ず守ってください。火災・感電の

原因になります。

 接続は接続図にもとづき、確実に行なってください。火災・感電

の原因になります。

 リード線（ケーブル）を無理に曲げたり、引っ張ったり、はさみ込

んだりしないでください。火災・感電の原因になります。

 付属のコンデンサの接続端子は絶縁処理してください。感電の

原因になります。

 停電したときは、電源を切ってください。停電復旧時にモーター

が突然起動して、けが・装置破損の原因になります。

 電源を切った直後（30 秒以内）は、コンデンサの接続端子に触

れないでください。残留電圧により、感電の原因になります。

 モーターを分解・改造しないでください。感電・けがの原因になり

ます。

 モーターの仕様値を超えて使用しないでください。感電・けが・

装置破損の原因になります。

 運転中および停止後しばらくの間は、モーターに触れないでくだ

さい。モーターの表面が高温のため、やけどの原因になります。

 モーター出力軸、モーターリード線（ケーブル）を持たないでくだ

さい。けがの原因になります。

警告ラベル

 モーターの周囲には、可燃物を置かないでください。火災・やけ

どの原因になります。

 モーターの周囲には、通風を妨げる障害物を置かないでくださ

い。装置破損の原因になります。

 運転中は回転部（出力軸、冷却ファン）に触れないでください。

けがの原因になります。

 異常が発生したときは、ただちに電源を切ってください。火災・

感電・けがの原因になります。

 モーターは、正常な運転状態でも、表面温

度が 70 °C を超えることがあります。運転中
のモーターに接近できるときは、図の警告ラ
ベルをはっきり見える位置に貼ってください。
やけどの原因になります。

 モーターを廃棄するときは、できるだけ分解し、産業廃棄物として

処理してください。

品名およびモーター品名は歯切りシャフトタイプです。
丸シャフトタイプの場合、品名およびモーター品名の「GN」
「GE」は「A」になります。

設 置

 設置場所

モーターは機器組み込み用に設計、製造されています。
風通しがよく、点検が容易な次のような場所に設置してください。

• 屋内に設置された筐体内（換気口を設けてください）

• 使用周囲温度 −10～+40 °C（凍結しないこと）

100 V/200 V 運転時は−10～+50 °C

• 使用周囲湿度 85%以下（結露しないこと）

• 爆発性雰囲気、有害なガス（硫化ガスなど）、および液体の

ないところ

• 直射日光が当たらないところ

• 塵埃や鉄粉などの少ないところ

• 水（雨や水滴）、油（油滴）、およびその他の液体がかからない

ところ

• 塩分の少ないところ

• 連続的な振動や過度の衝撃が加わらないところ

• 電磁ノイズ（溶接機、動力機器など）が少ないところ

• 放射性物質や磁場がなく、真空でないところ

• 標高 1000 m 以下

 モーターの設置

● 丸シャフトタイプ

重 要

取付穴にモーターを斜めに挿入したり、無理に組み付けたりし
ないでください。フランジインローに傷が付き、モーターが破損
するおそれがあります。

● 歯切りシャフトタイプ

取付板に穴をあけ、別売りのギヤヘッド付属のねじ 4 本を使用
し、モーターとギヤヘッドを取付面に固定してください。このとき、
モーターフランジ面とギヤヘッドインロー端面にすきまがないよ
うにしてください。
設置の詳細は、ギヤヘッドの取扱説明書を参照してください。

モーターの歯切りタイプと同じ歯切りタイプのギヤヘッドを組み
付けてください。

● 冷却ファン付モーター

モーター後部の空気吸込口をふさがないように、ファンカバー
の後ろを 10 mm 以上あけるか、換気穴をあけてください。

 コンデンサの取り付け（単相モーターのみ）

付属コンデンサの容量が、モーター
銘板に記載されている容量と合って
いるか確認してください。
M4 のねじ（付属していません）を使用
して、確実に取り付けてください。

重 要

 コンデンサ取付用のねじの締付トルクは、取付足の破損防

止のため 1 N·m 以下にしてください。

 コンデンサは、モーターから 10 cm 以上離して取り付けてく

ださい。モーターの熱で、コンデンサの寿命が短くなります。

 ケーブル引き出し口の向きを変える方法

60 W、90 W タイプの場合、出荷時はケーブル引き出し口が
モーター出力軸方向に向いています。
引き出し口は 180°向きを変えることができます。以下の手順で、
向きを変えてください。

ねじ締付トルク：0.5～0.7 N·m

接 続

モーターリード線と電源接続部、コンデンサ接続部など、すべ
ての接続部は、絶縁処理をしてください。
安全のため、電源ラインにブレーカまたはヒューズを設置してく
ださい。
モーターは保護接地端子を使って接地してください。

 ギヤヘッド出力軸の回転方向

ギヤヘッドの減速比によっては、ギヤヘッド出力軸の回転方向
はモーター軸の回転方向と逆になります。使用するギヤヘッド
出力軸の回転方向は、ギヤヘッドの取扱説明書を参照してくだ
さい。

 接続図

図のように接続してください。
回転方向は、モーター出力軸側から見た場合です。時計方向
を CW、反時計方向を CCW としています。

60 W、90 W タイプの場合、ケーブルの外部シースを剥くとき
は、中のリード線を傷つけないでください。

 コンデンサの接続（単相モーターのみ）

コンデンサには 4 つの端子があり、図のように端子 A と端子 B、
端子 C と端子 D が内部で接続されています。電気的には 2 端
子になります。圧着端子を使用する場合は、アンプ・ファストン・
ターミナル 187 シリーズ
（Tyco Electronics AMP）
を使用してください。
コンデンサ端子部の絶縁
処理用には、付属のコン

製品に装着されている保護接地端子用のねじ以外は、使用し
ないでください。

 接続の簡略化

重 要

上下駆動運転および三相モーターの場合は、接続を簡略化で
きません。

モーターの「運転／停止」と、電磁ブレーキの「運転／停止」を
1 個のスイッチ（接点）で操作する場合は、下図のように接続し
てください。
ただし、モーターの磁気エネルギーが電磁ブレーキの巻線に
作用するため、基本接続（3 ページ）に比べて制動時間が約
50 msec 長くなり、オーバーランが増えます。

運 転

重 要

 モーターの絶縁階級は、B 種絶縁です。モーターを運転する

ときはモーターケース温度を 90 °C 以下に抑えてください。
90 °C を超えて運転されると、モーターの巻線、ボールベアリ

ングの寿命が短くなります。モーターケースの温度は、温度
計、サーモテープ、または熱電対で測定・確認してください。

 単相モーターは付属のコンデンサを使用し、モーターが起動

した後もコンデンサは常時接続しておいてください。

このタイミングチャート例は、基本接続（3 ページ）の場合です。

 運転／停止

SW1 はモーターの「運転／停止」と電磁ブレーキの「運転／停
止」用です。
SW1 を ON にすると電磁ブレーキが解除され、モーターが回転
します。SW1 を OFF にすると電磁ブレーキが作動し、モーター
は停止します。

重 要

電磁ブレーキは摩擦式です。電磁ブレーキが作動すると摩擦
音がすることがありますが、異常ではありません。

上下駆動に使用する場合は、負荷が下降する場合があります。
負荷の状況を確認してから操作してください。

 回転方向の切り替え

● 単相モーター

SW2 を CW 側に倒すと時計方向、CCW 側に倒すと反時計方
向に回転します。

● 三相モーター

接続図どおりに接続すると、モーター出力軸から見て時計方向
（CW）に回転します。R、S、T のうち、いずれか 2 線を入れ替え
ると、反時計方向（CCW）に回転します。

 その他の操作

● モーターの起動時間を速くする方法

あらかじめ電磁ブレーキを開放しておくと、さらに速くモーター
を起動させることができます。
モーターを起動させる 10 msec 以上前に、電磁ブレーキを開放
してください。

● モーター停止時に電磁ブレーキを開放する方法

2 本の電磁ブレーキ用リード線（橙）間を通電すると、電磁ブ
レーキは解除され、モーター軸を自由に回すことができます。

時間定格

● インダクションモーター

連続運転が可能です（連続定格）。

● レバーシブルモーター

連続運転可能時間は 30 分です（30 分定格：銘板に「30 min」と
記載されています）。

拘束時の焼損保護

モーターは、出力軸が拘束されたときの焼損保護機能を備え
ています。保護方式は次の 2 種類です。

 サーマルプロテクタ方式

銘板に「TP」と記載されています。このモーターは、自動復帰型
のサーマルプロテクタをモーター巻線部に内蔵しています。
モーター内部の温度が規定値以上になると、サーマルプロテク
タがはたらいてモーターは停止します。
このとき、電磁ブレーキは開放されたままになっているため、負
荷を保持しません。別系統の安全策を設けてください。
点検作業は必ず電源を切ってから行なってください。

サーマルプロテクタ動作温度

開（モーター停止） ..... 130±5 °C

閉（運転再開） ............ 82±15 °C

3IK15GN-SW2M、3IK15A-SW2M は 90±15 °C です。

 インピーダンスプロテクト方式

銘板に「ZP」と記載されています。このモーターは、巻線イン
ピーダンスを大きくしています。モーターが拘束されても電流
（入力）の増加が抑えられ、内部温度が一定の値以上にならな
いように設計されています。

故障の診断と処置

モーターの運転操作が正常に行なえないときには、この項をご
覧になって、適切な処置を行なってください。それでも正常に
運転できないときは、最寄りのお客様ご相談センターにお問い
合わせください。

• 単相モーターの場合は、付属のコンデンサ

を正しく接続してください。

• ギヤヘッドの減速比によっては、モーター出
力軸とギヤヘッド出力軸の回転方向が逆に
なります。ギヤヘッドの取扱説明書を参照し
てください。

• 回転方向は、モーター出力軸側から見たとき
のものです。見る方向を確認してください。

組み付けてください。

 Do not use the product in explosive or corrosive environments,

in the presence of flammable gases, locations subjected to

operating/controlling, inspecting and troubleshooting the

is triggered, the load will not be held in position. A safety device
should be provided separately. Failure to do so may result in
injury or damage to equipment.

 To prevent the risk of electric shock, use the motor for class I

equipment only.

electric shock or injury.

Warning label

 Do not use the motor beyond its specifications, or electric

shock, injury or damage to equipment may result.

 Do not touch the motor during operation or immediately after

stopping. The surface is hot and may cause a skin burn(s).

 Do not hold the motor output shaft or motor lead wires (cables).

This may cause injury.

 Keep the area around the motor free of combustible materials

in order to prevent fire or a skin burn(s).

 To prevent the risk of damage to equipment, leave nothing

around the motor that would obstruct ventilation.

 To prevent bodily injury, do not touch the rotating parts (output

shaft, cooling fan) of the motor during operation.

 When an abnormality is noted, turn off the power immediately,

or fire, electric shock or injury may occur.

 The motor’s surface temperature may exceed

70 °C, even under normal operating conditions. If
a motor is accessible during operation, post the
warning label shown in the figure in a
conspicuous position to prevent the risk of skin
burn(s).

 To dispose of the motor, disassemble it into parts and

components as much as possible and dispose of individual
parts/components as industrial waste.

Installation

 Location for installation

The motor is designed and manufactured for installation in equipment.
Install it in a well-ventilated location that provides easy access for inspection.
The location must also satisfy the following conditions:

• Inside an enclosure that is installed indoors (provide vent holes)

• Operating ambient temperature

−10 to +40 °C (+14 to +104 °F) (non-freezing)

−10 to +50 °C (+14 to +122 °F) for 100 V/200 V

• Operating ambient humidity 85%, maximum (non-condensing)

• Area that is free from an explosive atmosphere or toxic gas (such as

sulfuric gas) or liquid

• Area not exposed to direct sun

• Area free of excessive amount dust, iron particles or the like

• Area not subject to splashing water (storms, water droplets), oil (oil

droplets) or other liquids

• Area free of excessive salt

• Area not subject to continuous vibration or excessive shocks

• Area free of excessive electromagnetic noise (from welders, power

machinery, etc.)

• Area free of radioactive materials, magnetic fields or vacuum

• 1000 m or less above sea level

Do not insert the motor into the mounting hole at an angle or
force it in, as this may scratch the flange pilot section and
damage the motor.

● Pinion shaft type

Drill holes on the mounting plate and fix the motor and gearhead on the
plate using screws supplied with the gearhead. Be careful there is no gap
between the motor flange and the gearhead.
For details of installation, see the operating manual provided with the
gearhead, which is sold separately.

● Motor with cooling fan

When installing a motor with cooling fan onto a device, leave 10 mm
(0.39 in.) or more behind the fan cover or open a ventilation hole so that
the cooling inlet on the back of the motor cover is not blocked.

 Mounting the capacitor (only for single-phase motors)

Before mounting the provided capacitor, check
that the capacitor’s capacitance matches that
stated on the motor’s name plate.
Mount the capacitor securely by using M4
screws (not provided).

Note

 Do not let the screw fastening torque exceed 1 N·m (8.8 lb-in)

to prevent damage to the mounting foot.

 Mount capacitor at least 10 cm (3.94 in.) away from the

motor. If it is located closer, the life of the capacitor will be
shortened.

 Changing direction of the cable outlet

In the case of the 60 W type and 90 W type, the direction of the cable
outlet is to the output shaft side of the motor when shipping.
The direction of the outlet can be changed by 180°, if desired.
Change the direction of the cable outlet according to following steps.

Connection

Insulate all the wire connections, such as the connection between the
motor and the capacitor connection.
For safety’s sake, install a breaker or fuse in the power line.
Ground the motor using a protective earth terminal.

 Rotating direction of the gearhead output shaft

The rotating direction of the gearhead output shaft may be opposite that
of the motor shaft, depending on the gear ratio. For the rotating direction
of the output shaft of a specific gearhead used, refer to the operating
manual for the gearhead.

 Wiring diagram

Connect the motor according to the figure.
The direction of motor rotation is as viewed from the side of the motor’s
output shaft. The motor rotates in a clockwise (CW) and
counterclockwise (CCW) direction.

 Simplified connection

Note

Wiring cannot be simplified for vertical drive applications or
three-phase motors.

If the “RUN/STOP” operation of the motor and “RUN/STOP” operation
of the electromagnetic brake are controlled via a single switch (contact),
connect the lead wires as shown in the figure below.
Note that the motor’s magnetic energy affects the electromagnetic brake
windings, resulting in a longer braking time than that of the basic wiring
(shown in page 3) by approximately 50 ms and thus increased overruns.

Note

 Insulation class of this motor is B. Make sure that the motor

case temperature does not exceed 90 °C (194 °F) during
operation of the motor. Operation exceeding case
temperature 90 °C (194 °F) may significantly deteriorate the
coils and ball bearings of the motor and shorten the motor’s
life span. Motor case temperature can be measured by fixing
a thermometer on the motor surface. It can also be
measured using thermo tape or a thermocouple.

 Single-phase motors use a capacitor and keep it connected

even after rotation of the motor has started.

 Starting and stopping

SW1 operates motor and electromagnetic brake action.
Motor will rotate when SW1 is switched simultaneously to ON (short
circuit).
When SW1 is switched simultaneously to OFF (open), the motor stops
immediately by electromagnetic brake and holds the load.

Note

When operating the electromagnetic brake, there may be a
scraping noise because this braking system uses friction, but
this is not a problem.

The load may move downward in vertical drive applications. Check the
position of the load prior to operation.

 Direction of rotation

● Single-phase motors

To rotate the motor in a clockwise (CW) direction, switch SW2 to CW.
To rotate it in a counter-clockwise (CCW) direction, switch SW2 to
CCW.

● Three-phase motors

When connected according to the connection diagram, the motor will operate
in the clockwise direction (CW) as viewed from the motor’s output shaft. To
change the direction of rotation, change any two connections between R, S
and T.

 Other ways of operating

● Shortening the motor’s starting time

If the electromagnetic brake is left release, the motor can be started
much faster.
Optimum timing for release of the brake is at least 10 ms before starting
up the motor.

● Releasing electromagnetic brake

If you wish to release the brake while the motor is stopped, apply
voltage between only the two orange lead wires. The electromagnetic
brake is released and the motor shaft can be rotated easily by hand.

Time rating

● Induction motors

Induction motors have a continuous rating.

● Reversible motors

Reversible motors have a 30 minutes rating. “30 min” is indicated on the
nameplate.

Locked rotor burnout protection

This motor is equipped with one of the two features listed below to
prevent the motor from burning out as a result of abnormal heating
which may be caused by misapplication.

 Thermal protection

“TP” is stamped on the motor nameplate. The motor has an “auto reset”
type thermal protector built into its motor coil. When the motor reaches
a predetermined temperature, the internal thermal protector is activated
and the motor is stopped.
In this stage, the electromagnetic brake is left released so that the motor
does not keep hold of the load. Adopt another safety measure.
Always turn the power off before performing inspections.

Thermal protector activation range:

Power is turned off at 130±5 °C (266±9 °F)
Power is turned back on at 82±15 °C (180±27 °F)

 Impedance protection

“ZP” is stamped on the motor nameplate. The motor has higher coil
impedance. When the motor goes into locked rotor condition due to a
malfunction, coil impedance rises, suppressing input power to the motor
and protecting the motor coil from burnout.

Troubleshooting

When the motor cannot be operated correctly, refer to the contents
provided in this section and take appropriate action. If the problem
persists, contact your nearest office.

Phenomena Check items

from the motor output shaft. Check the
reference direction.

• 安装电动机时，请采取措施使手无法触及电动机，或加以

接地，否则有可能引起触电。

• 电源输入电压请务必控制在额定范围内，否则有可能引起
火灾或触电。

• 请按照连接图确实地进行连接，否则有可能引起火灾或触电。

• 请勿强行弯曲、拉扯或夹住导线（电缆线），否则有可能

引起火灾或触电。

• 附属的电容器的连接端子请进行绝缘处理，否则有可能引
起触电。

• 停电时，请切断电源，否则恢复供电后电动机会突然起动，
有可能致伤或造成装置破损。

• 在切断电源后短时间内（30 秒钟之内）请勿触摸电容器的
连接端子，否则有可能因残留电压而引起触电。

• 请勿对电动机进行拆解或改造，否则有可能引起触电或致伤。

• 使用电动机时，请勿超过其规格值，否则有可能引起触电、

致伤或造成装置破损。

• 运转中或停止后短时间内，请勿碰触电动机，否则有可能
因电动机表面的高温而引起烫伤。

• 搬运时请勿利用电动机输出轴和电动机的导线（电缆线），
否则有可能致伤。

• 电动机周围请勿堆放可燃物，否则有可能引起火灾或致伤。

• 电动机周围请勿堆放妨碍通风的障碍物，否则有可能造成

装置破损。

• 运转中请勿碰触旋转部（输出轴、散热风扇），否则有可
能致伤。

• 出现异常时，请立即切断电源，否则有可能引起火灾、触

• 电动机即使处于正常的运转状态，有时其
表面温度也会超过 70 °C。人有可能接近
运转中的电动机时，请在显着位置张贴如
下图所示的警告标志，否则有可能引起烫
伤。

• 电动机报废时，请尽可能将其拆解，作为工业废弃物实施
处理。

 安装场所

电动机是为组装到机器上使用而设计、制造的。
请将电动机安装在通风良好、检查方便的下述场所

• 安装在室内的机框内（请开设通风口）

• 使用环境温度 –10～+40 °C（无冻结）

100 V/200 V 运转时为 –10～+50 °C

• 使用环境湿度 85%以下（无结露）

• 没有爆炸性环境、有害气体（硫化气体等）及液体

• 无直射阳光照射

• 尘埃、铁粉等较少

• 不会沾染水（雨或水滴）、油（油滴）及其它液体

• 盐分较少

• 没有连续性振动或过度的撞击

• 电磁干扰少（如电焊机、动力机器等）

• 无放射性物质、磁场，且非真空的环境

• 海拔 1000 m 以下

 电动机的设置

• 圆轴型

在安装板上开孔后用

重 要

请勿将电动机斜插入安装孔或强行安装，否则有损伤内

• 齿轮轴型

在安装板上开孔后，用另售减速机附属的 4 根螺丝将电动
机和减速机固定在安装板上。请注意安装时不要使电动机
的凸缘与减速机的内缘之间留有缝隙。
详细设置方法请参照减速机之说明书。

重 要

要使用减速机时，请安装与电动机相同型号的齿轮轴型
减速机。

• 附散热风扇的电动机

为了避免堵塞电动机后部的空气吸入孔，请在风扇盖子后
部空出 10 mm 以上或开通风孔。

 电容器的安装（仅单相电动机）

请确认电容器的容量与电动机铭
牌上所标注的容量是否一致。
请使用 M4 的螺丝（未附属）确实
安装牢固。

重 要

• 电容器的螺丝的紧固转矩请控制在1 N·m以下，以免损

伤安装脚。

• 安装电容器时，请与电动机保持10 cm以上的距离，否

则有可能由于电动机产生的热量而缩短电容器的寿命。

 变更电缆线方向的方法

60 W、90 W 电动机的电缆线的引线方向出厂时设定为电动
机出力轴方向。
引线方向可转动 180°。请按下图所表示里变更引线方向。

1. 拆除电缆线压板的螺

丝和电缆线压板上
部，将电缆线扳到相
反侧。

2. 将电缆线压板旋转 180°。

3. 安装电缆线压板上部并用螺丝

固定。
安装力矩：0.5～0.7 N·m

连 接

电动机导线与电源连接部、电容器端子连接部等所有连接
部分须作绝缘处理。
为了您的安全，请在电源在线安装断路器或保险丝。
电动机请使用保护接地端子进行接地。

 减速机出力轴的运转方向

由于减速机减速比的不同，减速机出力轴的运转方向有可
能与电动机轴的运转方向相反。使用减速机出力轴的运转
方向请参照齿轮使用说明书。

 连接图

请按图所示进行连接。
运转方向为从电动机输出轴上目测到的方向 。顺时针方向
为 CW，逆时针方向为 CCW。

 连接的简化

重 要

采用上下驱动运转方式及三相电动机的场合连接不能简
化。

用 1 个开关（接点）操作电动机的「运转／停止」和电磁
剎车的「运转／停止」时，请按照下图所示进行连接。但
是，由于电动机的磁能作用于电磁剎车的线圈，所以制动
时间会比基本连接（P. 3）的制动时间长 50 msec，且溢出
增加。

重 要

• 电动机为 B 种绝缘电动机。请将电动机外壳的温度控制
在 90 °C 以下使用本电动机。若电动机在超过 90 °C 的
状态下运转，会缩短线圈、滚珠轴承的寿命。请用温度
计、测温带或热电偶来测量·确认电动机外壳的温度。

• 单相电动机请务必使用附属的电容器，即使在电动机起
动后也应保持始终与电容器连接。

SW1 与 SW2 的时序例

此时序例为基本连接时（P. 3）的时序。

 运转／停止

SW1 用来进行电动机「运转／停止」及电磁剎车「运转／
停止」的操作。
SW1 ON 时，电磁剎车被解除、电动机运转；SW1 OFF 时，
则电磁剎车动作、电动机停止。

重 要

电磁剎车动作时，由于剎车为摩擦式因此会发出摩擦音，
并非异常。

用于上下驱动时，负载有可能滑落，请在确认负载状况后
再进行操作。

 运转方向的切换

• 单相电动机

将 SW2 扳到 CW 时按顺时针方向运转，扳到 CCW 时则按
逆时针方向运转。

• 三相电动机

按照连接图连接时为顺时针方向（CW）运转，只要交换 R、
S、T 中任何两根线的连接则为逆时针方向（CCW）运转。

 其它的操作

• 加快电动机启动时间的方法

提前开放电磁剎车可使电动机更快启动。
请在电动机启动 10 msec 以上前开放电磁剎车。

• 电动机停止时电磁剎车的开放方法

在 2 根电磁剎车用导线（橙色）之间通电则电磁剎车被解
除，电动机可手动启动。

运转额定时间

• 感应电动机

可以连续运转（连续额定值）。

• 可逆电动机

可连续运转时间为30分钟（30分钟额定值：在铭牌上标有
「30 min」）。

热保护功能

电动机具有防止因输出轴被堵转而导致烧损的保护功能。
保护方式有以下两种。

 热保护装置方式

电动机铭牌上记载为「TP」。本电动机的线圈部内置了自动
还原型热保护装置。当电动机的内部温度达到规定值以上
时，热保护装置将起作用，电动机将停止。
这时，由于电磁剎车仍保持开放状态，所以负载无法保持。
请另外采取安全措施。
检点作业等须在切断电源后实行。

∗ 3IK15GN-SW2M、3IK15A-SW2M 为 90±15 °C。

 阻抗保护器方式

铭牌上记载为「ZP」。此种电动机加大了线圈的阻抗。按照
设计，即使电动机处于堵转状态，也会抑制电流（输入）
的增加，使内部温度不会上升到一定值以上。

电动机的运转操作无法正常进行时，请参阅本项内容，进
行适当处理。处理后仍无法进行正常运转时，请向欧立恩
拓电机商贸（上海）有限公司咨询。

反的方向运转

• 请参照「连接图」正确进行连接。

• 根据减速机减速比的不同，有可能出现电
动机输出轴与减速机输出轴的运转方向相
反的情况。请参照减速机的使用说明书。

• 运转方向是指从电动机输出轴侧观测的方
向。请确认观测方向是否正确。
