WARNING
Read and understand all instructions, warnings, cautions, and notes in this sheet and in your owner’s manual before you install this kit.
Install kit
NOTE
Before installing this kit, install Rock Slider Rocker
Panels (Kit 84200 for TJ, Kit 84204 for TJL).
1. Cut the kit edge guard in half (two 63” pieces, one
for each kit plate).

2. Apply kit edge guard to outer edge of kit plate (DO
NOT apply to inner edge).
3. At front slot of ORF rock er panel (floor drain hole),
loosen nut (1/2” Nylock).

Parts provided in this kit are prefaced by the word kit
and appear in bold font.
1. Read all warnings and instructions completely and
carefully before you begin.
2. Check to make sure the kit is complete (refer to the
Kit Parts List at the end of this document).
3. Only install this kit on the vehicle for which it is
intended. If anytime during the installation you
encounter something different from what is outlined
in the instructions, call technical

4. At rear slot of ORF rocker panel, loosen nut (3/8”
serrated flange).

7. Install kit plate on kit side bar with four kit bolts
(3/8” x 1
serrated flange).

5. Install kit side bar between washers
(9/16” ID x 2” OD) and ORF rocker panel.

6. Fasten kit side bar to ORF rocker panel with two kit
bolts (3/8” x 1”) and washers (3/8” USS). DO NOT
tighten.

8. Align kit side bar parallel with vehicle body.
9. Tighten two kit bolts (3/8” x 1"), nut (3/8” serrated
flange), and nut (1/2” Nylock).
10. Repeat installation for other side of vehicle.
