cautions, and notes in this sheet and in your owner ’s
manual before you install this kit.
Kit Bumper (83665)
Before starting installation
NOTE
Parts provided in this kit are prefaced by the word kit
and appear in bold font.
1. Read all warnings and instructions completely and
carefully before you begin.
2. Check to make sure the kit is complete (refer to the
Kit Parts List at the end of this document).
3. Only install this kit on the vehicle for which it is
intended. If anytime during the installation you
encounter something different from what is outlined
in the instructions, call technical

Install kit
1. Stock front bumper.
a. Unplug foglight harness.
b. Remove four torx bolts and tow hooks.
c. Remove two torx bolts from underside of
bumper.
d. Remove stock bumper from vehicle.
2. Winch. (Skip this step if not installing a winch)
NOTE
If you are installing a winch, mount the winch onto the
bumper before installing bumper onto frame rails.
a. Mount winch onto bumper at this time. (Using
hardware provided by Winch Mgf.)

6 Bolt, 1/2”-13 x 1 1/4”
6 Washer, 1/2” SAE Hardend
3. Front kit bumper.
a. Install kit bumper on frame using six original
fasteners or kit bolts (1/2”) provided.
b. If equiped, finish installing your winch and cables
at this time.
