APPLICATION:
General illumination for most commercial applications including schools,
offices & retail spaces.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
• Up to 100% efficiency.
• Mitered door frame prevents light leaks, and minimizes dust from
entering fixture.
• Constructed of one-piece ribbed unitized housing and corners that interlock, preventing aesthetic damage to luminaire.
• Door frame is designed with cam latches and T hinges to secure frame
to housing.
OPTICS – By using a perforated lamp shield, the OT-LED gathers the light scattered
by the LED chips and shapes it into functional beams that provide sustained and
even illumination throughout any interior location, including commercial, residential,
educational, and professional environments. Sustained color quality is ensured. Our
perforated lamp shield directs low angle rays into usable, and user-friendly, light with
a full range of even distribution. Shield can be easily removed and replaced.
DURABILITY – Our heavy-duty 20 gauge aluminum housing is engineered for
maximum strength and extended life. Corners interlock to prevent aesthetic damage
to the xture. Sides and corners are uniformly turned in and hemmed to remove
sharp edges for safe handling and easy installation. LED light engines are attached
directly to the aluminum housing and keep LED engines cool and energy efcient. Our
advanced thermal management system maintains LED engine light output at 70% of
initial lumens over 50,000 hours of operation.
• Gasketed door frame prevents light leakage.
• Clear 0.100” thick #12 pattern acrylic lens, standard.
• Post Painted high gloss white powder coat finish maximizes distribution
and efficiency while providing visual comfort.
• All sides and corners are turned in and hemmed removing sharp edges
for safe handling and installation.
• Four corner tie points are standard for safety wire support when
required. Built in earthquake clips standard.

WARRANTY for 5 Years
PERFORMANCE – The OT-LED architectural lay-in xtures put out more than 3,900
lumens and meet higher efcacy codes in compliance with more than 60LPW. The
light engines found in the OT-LED are rated at 85 CRI at a 3500K color temperature,
rated and tested to LM-79 and LM-80 standards. Our ultra-efcient LED driver is
rated at 50 to 60Hz at 120-277V input, producing less than 10% THD, featuring a
power factor of .90 to 1.00.
The LED’s are binned to a three step MacAdam’s ellipse to achieve consistent color
from xture to xture.

MAINTENANCE - LED engines can be accessed through the bottom by removing the
lamp shields. Ballast can be accessed though top via hinged doors.
