Health & safety precautious

• Before operating the equipment, please read the user guide carefully and follow the instructions.

• profiBINDER&CLOSER is designed to bind documents only. Do not use the machine to punch hard materials

such as metal → it may result in damaging of the machine.

• The device must be placed on a sturdy and level surface.

• The equipment should be protected against dust and moisture. Do not allow any liquid to get inside the unit

• The equipment should be kept out of reach and away from children and animals.

• Pay special attention while stretching the plastic comb open.

• Pay special attention while clamping the wire comb. Do not reach or put fingers into the pressing slot → danger of

injury!

Recommendations

• Use only recommended supplies and accessories

• The equipment is designed to bind documents with plastic and wire combs only

• Unpack and install all the elements of the device ready to operate

• The device must be placed on a sturdy and level surface

• Before binding important documents, test the settings of the equipment on a sheets of paper
