Users can choose from any of the five motorized optional lenses to meet their needs,
and the projector provides full 360° mounting range along the vertical axis, again increasing
installation flexibility and allowing images to be projected just about anywhere, even on a
ceiling or floor. The EH7700 also supports image blending for use with multiple projectors, and
supports the most commonly-used control systems, including Crestron, Extron, AMX, PJ-Link
and Telnet LAN. The EH7700 is completely live-performance ready with a mechanical shutter

YPbPr(3RCA) component, S-video and composite. Control ports include RJ45, RS-232C, and a
12V trigger.
With a suggested street price of $9,999, the EH7700 is scheduled for availability at the
end of July.
The new X605 adds depth to Optoma’s existing line of 6,000-lumen projectors. With its
XGA resolution and 10,000:1 contrast ratio, the X605 is Optoma’s brightest projector to support
full 3D through its HDMI 1.4a input, and it features a choice of three optional lenses, vertical
and horizontal lens shift, and two 3-watt speakers. In addition to HDMI, it also offers a DVI port
for digital connectivity, two VGA inputs and one VGA output for analog content, S-video,
composite video, component video, five BNC (RGBHV/YPbPr), two stereo mini jack audio-in,
two RCA stereo audio-in, audio-out, and two 12-volt triggers for added installation
convenience. RS-232 and RJ45 connections are available for command and control, and a USB
port allows for wireless presentation capability via an optional USB dongle.
The X605 will carry a street price of $2799 and will be available in August.
With the new 5,000-lumen EH505 and W505, Optoma has added a pair of projectors

most budgets as well. Both the EH505 (WUXGA resolution, $3,499) and the W505 (WXGA,
$2,799) feature one of the most comprehensive input panels and most advanced feature sets in
their class to ensure the projectors will satisfy your current and future needs.

ML1000 and ML550 Give Mobile Professionals Bright, Light Tools
ORLANDO, FL | June 12, 2013 | Optoma, the worldwide leader in LED projectors, has
introduced two new powerful models here at InfoComm 2013 that push the LED performance
envelope. Both the 1000-lumen ML1000 and the 550-lumen ML550, represent the latest in
lamp-free, feature-rich portable projectors that give the on-the-go professional a persuasive
presentation tool.
Note to editors: Links to hi-res images are at the end of this press release
“On-the-go pros always walk a fine line in that they have to balance their needs for
performance and convenience,” said Jon Grodem, Optoma’s senior director of product and
marketing. “The ML1000 and the ML550 are designed to help them confidently walk that line
with two levels of convenience that deliver uncompromising performance.”
The ML1000 is the ultimate travel companion for mobile professionals looking for a
light, full-featured ultra-portable projector powerful enough to meet challenging light
conditions. Weighing only 3 lbs and with a native WXGA resolution (1280 x 800), its 1000
lumens and 15,000:1 contrast ratio combine to produce the richest, most vibrant colors in this
class of product.

The ML1000 is also the first LED projector to incorporate a more intuitive touchpad
control panel. Said Grodem, “Optoma is committed to continuing its leadership role in LED
projection by offering innovative features available elsewhere not available elsewhere. This
touchpad is the latest example of that.”
With a full complement of connectivity options, so you can use the ML1000 with just
about any video source. A wireless USB adaptor is also included in case you want to access
your computer or your network wirelessly. ML1000 also includes an SD card port and pre-
loaded software that allow you to deliver PowerPoint presentations, view PDF documents,
display pictures, movies and more without the need of a computer or any other external
device. The ML1000’s new, innovative touchpad allows you to easily and intuitively control the
projector.
For road warriors wanting something a bit smaller and lighter, but still powerful
projector loaded with convenience features, the ML550 is a good bet to fit the bill. Weighing
less than one pound and delivering 550 lumens with a 10,000:1 contrast ratio, the ML550 offers
the same WXGA resolution, razor sharp focus and magnificent color accuracy found on the
ML1000. It includes HDMI, VGA, microSD card slot, and the same pre-loaded software to run
presentations and other documents independent of a computer. Wireless connectivity is also
available with the optional USB wireless adaptor.
The LED light sources on both projectors are rated to last more than 20,000 hours, so
you won’t have to worry about replacing a bulb at the most inconvenient time – such as when
you’re in the middle of a presentation. The ML1000 will be available in late July at a price of
$999, while the ML550 will be available in late June for $599.
Both projectors carry 1-year warranty. For more information on all Optoma products,
