Adjust the camera settings and wirings according to current environment before doing
the installation of the high speed dome camera to its final location such as knowing if a
controller keyboard or a DVR will be used to control the camera, setting the correct camera
address, baud rate, protocol etc. It is always a best practice to test the PTZ camera on a test
bench with your controller or DVR system and check all these settings and settle any
compatibility issues between PTZ camera and its main source of control (which could be a
PTZ controller or a DVR system). Consult your DVR tech support for any questions how to
configure the menu of the DVR for using or connecting a PTZ camera.
