Foodservice Filtration Systems
System that utilizes Advanced Membrane Separation (AMS)
membrane that removes 97% of the total dissolved solids
(TDS) and blends it with ltered and ScaleX2 treated water
at a user determined level. This system produces up to
350 gallons per day (1/4 gpm) of optimal quality water for
applications where TDS reduction and the removal of the
majority of hardness minerals is required. The System
includes integrated particulate and chlorine reduction
pre- ltration and the AMS Processor in a space saving,
wall-mount design. Included with the System is a 50 gallon
atmospheric storage tank with a top-mounted, variable speed
repressurization pump. Installation and connection hose,
tubing and ttings are included.

Installation Tips

Feed-water connection to system should be COLD only.
l
Do not exceed system speci cations for temperature
and pressure.
l
Allow 3” clearance below system for lter cartridge
removal and replacement.
l
Connect ltered water line to ice and steam production
connections only. Do not use for condenser water.
l

It is recommended that PreFilters be changed every 3-6
months, when capacity is reached or when feedwater
pressure or ow becomes inadequate. Change the
ScaleX2 Cartridge Annually. Membrane life varies
depending on feedwater conditions and PreFilter
maintenance. 12-18 months would be normal but it can
be as long as 3-5 years.
This product is for commercial use only and must be
installed
and maintained according to manufacturers
guidelines.
Do not use on water that is microbiologically unsafe or of
unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or
after the system.
Warranty
Systems have a 1 year warranty against defects in
