Precautions
1. Do not try to repair the unit yourself. If you are experiencing any problems with this product, please turn power off immediately and inform your nearest retailer. The product is comprised of many electronic components. Attempting to repair or disassemble may cause the product to malfunction and void warranty.
2. Do not use chemical detergents to clean. Use a soft cloth to remove dust or dirt on the unit.
3. Keep the unit away from excessive heat or cold.
4. Do not play uncompatible discs. This unit will play MP4/ DVD/ VCD/ CD/ MP3 & CD-R discs.
5. Avoid dropping the unit.
6. For your safety, do not turn on, watch or operate the unit while driving. It is against the law.

Choosing guide for disc
• All DVD discs and DVD players have their own word recognition code. DVD player only plays the responding DVD disc with same code.
• Following are the DVD disc codes.

Attention: The machine’s individual function is related to DVD discs. The disc may not support the function or may need a special setting.
Do not touch the under part of disc with you bare hands. Do not stick paper or tape on the disc.

Disc Maintenance Keep the disc away from magnetic materials, heat or direct sunlight. Do not expose disc to moisture or dust environments.
Disc Cleaning Fingerprints and dust on the disc can cause poor picture quality and sound distortion. Before playing, clean the disc with a soft cloth. Wipe the disc from the centre out.

Connecting power and signal cable
Installation
1. Disassemble the metal support bracket from the unit by loosening four screws on the bottom of unit body.
2. Tighten the metal support bracket to the ceiling of vehicle and leave a space to let the connecting wire pass through. (Take extra care to not damage the ceiling of vehicle).
3. To install the unit to the metal support bracket:
- Connect the cables (Take care to tidy up the cables to avoid pressing up against
circuit boards);
- Install the unit using special supplied screws.
4. Screw unit into bracket.

Activating Remote Control Battery
1. Remove clear plastic strip from base of remote by pulling
outwards.
Note: Do not press, drop or disassemble the remote control. Always use new batteries to replace the old set. Remove the battery when not in use for a long period of time.
About Remote Control
Point the remote to the infrared receiver located below the screen. (Ensure screen has been opened) Turn the unit on by pressing the POWER button on the remote. Press again to turn off.
Play/ Pause (PLAY)
1. Once the unit has been turned on, press PLAY to play.
2. The NO DISC indicates the disc has been inserted incorrectly, or there is no disc, or the disc is damaged.
3. When the unit is playing, press PLAY button to pause, press again to continue.

STOP Press STOP button to stop the DVD from playing, then press the PLAY button to play from the first track. Press STOP twice repeatedly and the screen will switch off. Press PLAY to start from the beginning.
FAST FORWARD/ REWIND
1. Press FAST FORWARD button repeatedly, the playing mode will increase in increments by 2, 4, 8 and 16 times the rate of normal play (for DVD disc).
2. The playing mode will increase in increments by 2, 4, 8 and 16 times the rate of normal play (for other disc).
3. Press REWIND button repeatedly, the playing mode will increase in increments by 2, 4, 8 and 16 times the rate of normal play (for DVD disc).
BACK/ SKIP
1. Press button to choose the next chapter.
2. Press button to choose the previous chapter.

TITLE MENU FUNCTION (MENU) While playing DVD, press MENU to enter the TITLE MENU. Menu items will display on screen. Press the arrow keys to navigate around menu, then press enter to confirm. Note: MENU button indicates RETURN when playing.
ZOOM The image zooms in by increments of 2, 3 and 4 times when you press ZOOM button. Press again to play normally without zoom. (While MP3 or CD is playing, it is not functional)
SD/ USB function Press STOP button when disc is playing. Then press SD/ FM buttong to switch SD Card reader or USB Port.
SLOW PLAYING Press the button while disc is playing. Unit plays slowly by increments of four different speeds. Press the button to return to normal state. This function is not available for MP3 of CD players.

SLOW BACK Press the button while disc is playing. Unit plays back slowly by increments of four different speeds. Press the button to return to normal state. This function is not available for MP3 or CD plays.
SINGLE STEP PLAY Press the button to pause in the state of playing, press to play step by step, press to play back step by step, press to return to normal state. This function may not work for MP3 or CD plays.
Repeat Function (PLAY MODE)
When plays VCD or CD, when the PBC switch is off, press PLAY MODE button once, playing shifts: REP- Chapter, REP-ALL and REPEAT OFF. When plays MP3, press PLAY MODE button once, playing shifts: play around, randomised chapter play, title repeat, rep-all and repeat off. When plays DVD, press PLAY MODE button once, playing shifts: CHAPTER REPEAT ON, TITLE REPEAT, REP-ALL and REPEAT OFF.
Special chapter repeat: when playing disc, press: A - B at first time to setup starting point A, press A-B again to setup end - point B. And the repeat sequence begins. Prss A-B to cancel the sequence.

TITLE SELECT While playing DVD, press TITLE and the title menu is displayed. Use the arrow buttons to navigate and press ENTER to make a selection. R/L: There is multi-language feature while playing DVD disc. With this function, you can select the desired voice by pressing AUDIO. The right, left audio and stereo shows on screen when playing. You can select the audio channel completely.
A-B: Special chapter repeat When you play disc, press A-B to set up start point A, A-B on more time to setup end point B and then the repeat sequence begins, press A-B to cancel the sequence. SD/FM Press this button to shift from DVD to the SD/USB.

Playing a disc (DVD/VCD/CD)
1. Turn on the player, insert the disc - label facing up.
2. Once inserted, the disc will automatically play.
3. To stop the disc from playing, press the stop button (STOP).
4. To pause the disc, press the play/ pause button (PLAY/ PAUSE).
5. To resume prpgram again, press the play/ pause button again (PLAY/PAUSE).

Playing a MP3 file
1. Turn on the player, insert the disc - label facing up. Disc automatically plays.
1. To stop, press the stop button (STOP)
2. To stop temporarily, press the pause button (PLAY/ PAUSE)
3. To resume again, press the play button (PLAY/PAUSE)
4. To replay a song you want, press the button after choosing a song (track) you want by using arrow button. You can replay the song directly by entering the number of the song.
Disc Menu To display DVD Menu, press the (DVD MENU) button. The DVD Menu will appear on screen. Press the arrow button to navigate around menu, then press the enter button (ENTER) to confirm selection. Note: Menu options will vary depending on DVD. CD and VCD does not have disc menu function.
DVD Setup Menu
Press the SETUP button to enter the DVD SETUP MENU. Language, Video, Rating and Miscellaneous sections are available in the SETUP MENU.

1. Language
In this section, users can choose a language for OSD, AUDIO and SUBTITLE. Press the arrow buttons to navigate, then press ENTER button to confirm selection.
2. Video
In this section, users can select the screen format display that they prefer. Press the arrow buttons to navigate, then press ENTER button to confirm selection.
3. Rating
In the Rating section, users can adjust the audio system to the most ideal level. Press the arrow buttons to navigate, then press ENTER button to confirm selection.
4. Miscellaneous
Selecting Audio languages with the unit in play mode press the AUDIO button on remort control to change audio language (DVD).
Press the AUDIO button each time to change language.
Selecting Subtitles Language Press the SUBTITLE button to display or remove subtitles.

Scanning Scene/ Song While DVD/ CD is playing, press the BACK button. This will take you to the beginning of current chapter/ track. Then press the NEXT button. Moves to following chapter/ track.
To scan DVD or CD fast Press button or button. Play speed increases or decreases in increments of 2, 4, 8 and 16 times the rate of normal play (for DVD disc). This will be indicated by >> displaying on screen. Number of >> increases as speed increases. Press the PLAY/ PAUSE button to play at normal speed. Note: Fast forwarding/ rewinding does not work while playing MP3.
Switching Input When in DVD/ MP3 mode, press SD/FM button to switch to another input mode. When in INPUT mode, press SD/FM button to switch back to DVD/ MP3 mode.
Displaying Disc Information Press the DISP button on remote control to show disc information.
1. Press DISP once to display the time of Title Elapsed.
2. Press DISP again to display the time of Title Remain.
3. Press DISP again to display the time of Chapter Elapsed.
4. Press DISP again to display the time of Chapter Remain.

Monitor Menu
To Access Unit Menu Options
1. Turn unit on by pressing POWER button on the unit or on the remote.
2. Then press MENU on the unit.
3. This will bring up COLOR menu. Press PLAY/ PAUSE button and this will bring up the OSD (On Screen Display) menu. Press PLAY/ PAUSE again and this will bring up the FUNCTION menu.
4. Press to drop down into the any of these menu options.
5. Press the PLAY/ PAUSE button to navigate through the options. Use the or buttons to change the setting on selected option.
6. Press the MENU button to go back at any point.

1. Turn on the unit.
2. Press MENU on the unit and skip through to Function Menu.
3. Drop down into menu options and select FM Send option.
4. Match the FM frequency listed in this menu item to your car radio FM frequency.
5. Disc audio will now play through car speakers.

Simple Trouble Shooting
Unit does not turn on:
• Please check that the cables have been connected properly.
No picture:
• Please check that the unit has been turned on and is connected properly.
No sound:
• Please check that the volume has been switched to ON, on the wireless headphones.
• Please check that the headphones are tuned to the right frequency (A or B).
• Please check that they headphones are compatible with the unit (See page .
Dark picture/ poor colour:
• Please check that the brightness, colour and contrast of the screen are adjusted properly.
Not reading disc:
• Please check that the disc has been inserted correctly (label facing upward).
• Please check that the disc is not damaged and is clean.
NOTE: If the unit continues to demonstrate these problems after you have followed these trouble shooting instructions, please return the unit to your retailer.

Warranty
Option Audio Pty Ltd, (OA) warrant all OA product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for
a period of (1) year form the date of original purchase provided they are purchased from an authorized
OA reseller in Australia. However, the effective warranty period will be two (2) years if the products
were purchased from and installed by an Authorised OA Reseller. Do not try to repair the unit yourself.

disassemble may cause the product to malfunction and void warranty.
WHAT IS COVERED - Parts and labour to effect or, at the sole discretion of OA, replace of either any
malfunction or defective part(s) to or the entire system should the system or any component part(s)
there of ail to perform as designed.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED - Installation or setup and repair or replacement of the system or any parts
thereof which, in OA judgment, fail or become damaged as a result of negligence, improper use, abuse,
unauthorised modification or service, improper or inadequate packaging during shipment, installation
by a non-authorized dealer, accident, or use for any purpose other than those for which this product
was originally intended, or where the model’s serial number has been removed, altered or defaced.
The warranty is non transferable. Option Audio will not accept consequential damages as a result of
product failure.
