INSTALLING BATTERIES
Your listener headset requires two AAA batteries for oper at ion. For the
longest battery life, we recommend alkaline batteries, such as RadioShack Cat. No. 23-555.
Follow these steps to install the listener headset's batteries.
1. Slide the battery compartment cover in the direction of the arrow
to open it.
: The cover is not removable. Do not force it.
Note
2. Install the batteries as indicated by the polarity symbol s (+ and –)
marked inside the compartment.
: Use only fresh batteries of the required size and type.
Note
Always remove old or weak batteries. They can leak chemicals
that destroy electronic circuits.
3. Replace the cover.
The listener headset can operate f or about 50 hours with alkaline batteries. If the amplification level weakens or the sound d istorts, replace
the batteries.
: If you do not plan to use the listener headset for a week or more,
