1. First, you must activate registration mode on the base unit.

Regulatory Information
FCC Interference Information

Troubleshooting
If you need help with your Verizon One, try these troubleshooting tips.
Restart your Verizon One
1. Unplug the power supply cord from the outlet.
2. Wait for 15 seconds, and then plug the cord back into the outlet.
3. The base unit screen will power up.
