Step 1: Feed the Left/Right Handle down the correct sleeve on the wheel barrow fabric.

Step 2: Once the Handle is fed all the way through the sleeve remove the nut and bolt at the bottom of the sleeve to allow the Handle to be secured to the Wheel Bracket.
Technical Notice
The bolts you will be using to assemble this products have tabs under the head
of the bolt that t into the
holes on the Wheel Bracket to keep the bolt from rotating while tightening the nut down securley. Pay close attention when tightening down the nut.
Step 3: Slide the Handle all the way down the sleeve and align hole on the Handle with the holes on the Wheel Bracket. Insert the bolt you removed in Step 2 throught the holes in the handle and Wheel Bracket paying close attention that the Protective Sleeve (insert) is still on the handle and habd tighten the nut to the bolt. Repeat for the other handle.
Step 4: Remove the nut holding the wheel axel in place and remove the axel about 1/2 from the Wheel Bracket. There should only be one (1) wheel spacer still on the axel.
Step 5: Place the Wheel between the wheel axel and the Wheel Bracket. Insert the wheel axel through the wheel center and the second wheel space before inserting the axel through the hole on the Wheel Baracket. Hand tighten the nut and bolt to hold the wheel in place.
Step 6: Using an open end wrench or socket wrench tighten down all the nuts while appyling preasure to the head of the bolt making sure the tab on the bolt is in the notch on
the frame so that the bolt sits ush
frames surface. This will ensure a secure tightening and prevent the bolt from turning.

Step 1: Slide the Brake Button until it is in the unlocked position.
Step 2: While holding the Brake Button in the unlocked position push the handle toward the opposite handle to fold.
