This full-size pro level round base stand utilizes a 10 lb., 12” low profile sand
cast base to handle the heaviest mics and longest boom arms. The heavily
built shafts are constructed of 7/8” and 1-1/8” seamless cold-formed tubing,
terminated in standard 5/8” - 27 threading suitable for mic clips, booms, and
accessories. Heavy course threading on the lower shaft makes assembly faster and
extends thread-wear compared to older threaded designs. The sleek embossed
base features six rubber pads to absorb vibrations and protect floors. Height adjustment ranges from 36”-65” via a heavy duty diecast mid-point clutch. Finally,
precise mic positioning is easy thanks to an oversized knurled locking washer.
