The One Systems CrossField Array 2.HTHTM (CFA2.HTHTM) was designed to provide very high intelligibility and prodigious acoustic output where long throw requirements are specified. The CFA2.HTH is a nominal 55 degree horizontal by 30degree vertical array that features a fully rotatable high frequency horn / waveguide. This allows the CFA2.HTH to be used in either a vertical or horizontal orientation while permitting the desired coverage patterns. The CFA2.HTH operates in 4-ohm mode only. "
The CFA2.HTH’s high frequency section consists of two large format, close-spaced compression drivers coupled to a 2-inch (50.8 mm) constant directivity horn. The system’s low frequency section consists of 4 bandwidth-optimized 10-inch (254 mm) diameter woofers arranged in a 2 x 2 array. The CFA2.HTH is ideal for both
outdoor / direct weather long throw applications or indoor applications in high ambient noise environments. Typical applications are football and soccer fields, baseball fields and large theme park environments. Indoor environments such as basketball arenas are well suited due to the ultra-high system intelligibility. "
In order to achieve maximum system performance, the CFA2.HTH should be highpass filtered using a 4th order (24 dB / octave) high pass filter set to 80 Hz. This filter frequency can be set using any high-quality DSP-based loudspeaker processor. High pass filter frequencies as low as 60 Hz may be used but maximum system dynamics and headroom are achieved by using the recommended 80 Hz filter corner frequency. "
The CFA2.HTH is a direct weather design that features a three-layer grille assembly made of stainless steel. The enclosure design features laminated fiberglass construction with high safety factory structural rigging points molded into the enclosure’s shell. There are 9 x M10 rigging points. "

There is an optional U-Bracket (CFA2.UM), that includes a stainless steel strap kit that allows the desired tilt angle to be set and maintained regardless of wind loading. All rigging points on the CFA2.HTH are made of 316-grade marine stainless steel. The
grille is made of stainless steel and features a newly-developed marine-grade coating system. The CFA2.HTH may be used in oceanfront and marine applications as well as for general inland direct weather installations.
The CFA2.HTH is also compatible with the One Systems PM4.M pole mount system if vertical tilt requirements are required for a pole mount application. The One Systems PT76.M is also compatible with the CFA2.HTH when pan and tilt are required. The
One Systems PM4.M is compatible with pole mounting only, and the PT76.M is compatible with flat surface mounting only.
The system’s input is a four-position barrier strip. The input section features a weather cover with an integral IP 68-rated gland nut. The gland nut will accommodate outside
cable diameters of 7 mm to 12 mm (0.236 inch to 0.472 inch). This maximum diameter will accept most 2-conductor AWG12 cable assemblies.

The CFA2.HTH may be suspended using either the optional U-Bracket or the Pole Mount System PM4.M for pole mount applications or the PT76.M for wall mounting. The CFA2.HTH may be suspended horizontally using points 1 and 3 shown below via M10
eyebolts. All of these optional suspension hardware systems are made of 316-grade marine stainless steel.
The CFA2.HTH’s rigging points (9 x M10 points) and a mounting point for the U-Bracket hardware kit (plus an M8 insert is NOT A SUSPENSION POINT) are shown below.
The suspension points shown in red are all M10. The single blue-colored point is an M8. The points are numbered in this image to illustrate their intended usage as follows:
Points 1 and 2 -- U-Bracket mounts (the blue point, M8, is used for the U-Bracket’s aiming strap. The blue M8 point is NOT a structural suspension point and is used for the U-Bracket’s aiming strap ONLY!)
Points 1 and 3, 4 and 5 -- Horizontal enclosure mounts. NOTE: All 4 points, (Points 1, 3, 4, and 5) must be used for horizontal mount configurations. Point 4 and 5
are for pull-up and safety!
Points 6 -- These four points are used with the PT76.M or the PM4.M Pole Mount System (NOTE: Point 4 is used for the “link” portion of the PT76.M or the PM4.M Pole
Mount System).

The CFA2.HTH’s optional U-Bracket and hardware kit allow the enclosure to be tilted back and locked into position. This kit prevents wind loading and “gravity sag”
from altering the required down-tilt aiming angle of the enclosure.
