ONEAC UPS OPERATION TROUBLESHOOTING
AND REFERENCE GUIDE

If you are experiencing problems with the operation of your UPS, please refer to the following instructions:
Prior to calling Tech Support please have the following information on hand. It is located on a white sticker located on the back of the UPS near the receptacles:

Unit Description
The plug of the ONePlus unit (black box) must be plugged directly into an operating wall receptacle. Your POS equipment must be plugged into receptacles of the ONePlus UPS.
On the back of the ONePlus UPS's are four (4) receptacles. See drawing below. The ONE404AG-SE unit that you have is designed to supply backup power for 5 minutes under full load and12 minutes under half load. Note: Due to application specific conditions, your actual run time may be different.

On the front of the unit is the On/Off button, an alarm silence button and 4 LED's (lights).
On/Off Button: Turns unit on/off. To turn unit on/off press and hold button for 3 seconds.
Alarm Silence Button: Silences the alarm. To silence the alarm press the alarm silence button. The alarm will not silence if there is a UPS fault, low battery condition or if the battery needs to be replaced.
LED Indicator Lights: Indicates the status of the UPS. There are four (4) LED Indicator lights. See drawing below for reference.
Troubleshooting
The following tables should assist you in troubleshooting your UPS. For additional assistance on troubleshooting please contact your help desk. If further assistance is needed or you are unsure of the steps to follow, you can contact ONEAC Technical Support at 800-327-8801 Opt. 3. They can assist you with:
1. Order replacement batteries.
2. Request service for unit not operating properly (obtain RMA# for return to factory for service)
3. Help troubleshoot any operational problems in the field.
Under certain conditions your ONePlus UPS will give an audible alarm alerting you to a condition other than normal operation. Your UPS may be operating on battery backup due to a power outage, power fluctuation or some other power anomaly. No service is required under most circumstances. The UPS will return to normal operation on its own. See below for definitions of LED's and alarm status configurations.
Problem Possible Cause Solution
Press the Power Switch and hold for 3 seconds. Reduce the load on the UPS by unplugging the loads and press the circuit breaker in on the rear panel.
Check for batteries or contact ONEAC Technical Services for replacement Reduce the load on the UPS by unplugging the loads and press the circuit breaker in on the rear panel.
Contact qualified electrician. (Note: the UPS operates while the Site Wiring Fault is ON but may not provide rated noise and surge suppression.) To Silence the alarm for an existing fault, press the button. If the UPS status changes, the alarm will sound again. The alarm will not silence if there is a UPS fault, low battery condition, or if the battery needs to be replaced.

Contact ONEAC Technical Services.
Check Battery connection or
Replace battery.
Reduce load on the UPS (disconnect one or more devices) and restart the UPS.
Operating environment is too hot.
Vent openings are blocked -2" clearance.
Load too high.
UPS will not turn ON
UPS operates on battery even with line voltage present.
Site Wiring Fault is ON.
Audible Alarm is sounding.
Fault LED is ON
Fault LED is blinking
Over Temperature LED is ON
Front Panel Switch not engaged
UPS's input circuit breaker tripped.
Unit not plugged in Plug unit into the wall outlet. No Batteries installed or defective batteries.
UPS's input circuit breaker tripped.
High or low line voltage. Contact qualified electrician. Out of frequency range. Check UPS compatibility with power source.
Ground wire connection does not exist. Line and neutral wires are reversed in the line receptacle.

If yellow LED is blinking, the battery needs to be replaced. If yellow LED is off or on solid, there is an internal UPS fault.
If yellow LED is blinking, there is no battery connected or detected.
If green LED is blinking or Off, the output is overloaded.
UPS is overheated.
