Unpacking
Lift foam from box.
Lift unit up and off of the box bottom.
DO NOT LIFT THE UNIT BY HOLDING THE LID.
Remove Tool Kit and Power Cord
Place the unit on a stable surface.
Remove the 2 screws from the bottom of the unit.

General Operation
1. Power
- Plug in the power cord and move the On/Off switch on back of the unit to the On position.
2. Set Speed
- Adjust speed using up and down buttons.
3. Set Timer
- Adjust run time using up and down buttons from 1 sec. to 5 min.
4. Start
- Press Run button.
5. Pause/Stop
- Press Stop Button to Pause.
- Press Stop again to reset timer and cancel run

Troubleshooting
Error Codes
Transporting the Bead Ruptor 4
The Bead Ruptor 4 must be shipped in its original packaging.
Before transporting please follow this steps.
Remove all tubes, cover the unit in its plastic bag.
The tube carriage will slide back. Lift the tube carriage
to align the motor mount holes to the holes in the
base plate.
Insert screws with allen key until you feel them
engage (It may take some finesse to get them aligned
with the internals of the unit).
Tighten screws until completely seated.

Déballage
Soulever la mousse de la boîte.
Soulever l’appareil du bas de la caisse. NE PAS SOULEVER L’APPAREIL EN TENANT LE COUVERCLE. Retirer la
trousse d’outils et le cordon d’alimentation
Placer l’appareil sur une surface stable.
Retirez les 2 vis de la partie inférieure de l’appareil.

Fonctionnement Général
1. Mise sous tension
- Brancher le cordon d’alimentation et déplacer l’interrupteur ON/OFF situé au dos de l’appareil sur la
position ON.
2. Réglage de la vitesse
- Régler la vitesse à l’aide des boutons haut et bas.
3. Réglage de la minuterie
- Régler la durée de fonctionnement à l’aide des boutons haut et bas d’1 s à 5 min.
4. Démarrage
- Appuyer sur le bouton de fonctionnement
5. Pause/Arrêt
- Appuyer sur le bouton d’arrêt pour interrompre momentanément.
- Appuyer sur le bouton d’arrêt à nouveau pour réinitialiser la minuterie et annuler le fonctionnement

Transport du Bead Ruptor 4
Le Bead Ruptor 4 doit être expédié dans son emballage d’origine.
Veuillez suivre les étapes suivantes avant le transport.
Retirer tous les tubes et couvrir l’appareil de son sac
en plastique.
Le portoir pour tubes glissera vers l’arrière. Soulever le
portoir pour tubes pour aligner les trous de montage
du moteur sur les trous de la plaque de support.
Insérez les vis avec la clé allen jusqu’à ce que vous les
sentiez engager (il peut prendre une certaine finesse
pour les aligner avec les internes de l’unité).
Serrer les vis jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient entièrement

Funzionamento generale
1. Accensione
Collegare il cavo di alimentazione e spostare l’interruttore ON/OFF sul lato posteriore dell’ap
parec chio in posizione ON.
2. Impostare la velocità
Regolare la velocità usando i tasti su/giù.
3. Impostare il timer
Regolare il tempo usando i tasti su/giù da 1 secondo a 5 minuti.

Operación general
1. Alimentación
- Enchufe el cable de alimentación y mueva el interruptor de encendido y apagado (On/Off) de la

Allgemeine Bedienung
1. Stromversorgung

Der Röhrchenschlitten gleitet zurück. Heben
Sie den Röhrchenschlitten zur Ausrichtung der

Setzen Sie die Schrauben mit dem Inbusschlüssel
ein, bis Sie fühlen, dass sie einrasten (es kann einige
