Heater should be placed on a clean, dry surface. Locate “mouse-hole” on heater.
Loosely wrap heater around IBC / tote tank with the mouse-hole positioned to
accommodate the exit spigot. The adjustable thermostat control knobs must be
facing outside (if applicable) and power cord exiting at the bottom of the heater.
Secure the two top straps by fastening the quick-release plastic buckle. Overlap

handle at the bottom of the heater to assist in securing the bottom side strap
and tighten. Secure and tighten the middle and top straps. All ve straps should
now be rmly tightened so the heater is tight against the tote tank / IBC with no
sagging or bundling. Cover the top of the tote tank / IBC with optional insulation
cover.

Plug standard 3-prong plug to appropriate electrical power supply. The power
connection must be adequately rated to electrically support the voltage and amperage of the heater. The identication label located on the power cord displays
voltage and amperage requirements. Follow all local electrical codes for proper
electrical connections.
STEP 4
Adjust temperature control knobs to desired settings on both top and bottom
