QUICK START GUIDE Mount in a vertical position with

the inlet connection at the bottom rear and outlet at the top rear in a location free from vibration and strong chlorine atmospheres or solvents such as benzene, acetone, carbon tetrachloride, etc. See manual for

specic congurations.

Inlet Piping should be as close to the

owmeter connection size as practical

to avoid turbulence which can occur with large size changes. Discharge Piping should be at least as large as

the owmeter connection.

Control valves on BV and SSV models are turned clockwise to

reduce ow and counter-clockwise to increase ow.

Locate the highest point of greatest

diameter on the oat, then align that

with the theoretical center of the scale graduation. For more information, refer to the user’s manual.
