The OM-EL-HL provides a simple, low costmeans of setting up and operating anEasyLog module without the needfor direct connection to a PC. With both
InfraRed and RS232 interfaces, OM-EL-HL can operate with all variants of EasyLog. Up to8 loggers canbe connected at one time through the seriallink and
their datastored on OM-EL-HL and later transferred to aPC for analysis using theOM-EL-WIN applicationsoftware. Its compact size andbattery operation
make OM-EL-HL theideal toolfor remote logging applicationswhere a PCor laptopare not suited.

Communications Area

Communications can take place at distances from 0m (i.e. "nose-to-nose") to 1m. The OM-EL-HL should be pointed at the device at the other end of the
link. TheInfraRedbeam spansabout 30°,sothe twodevices donothave tobe directlyaligned, however,there should bea clearline ofsight between them.

OMEGA ENGINEERING, INC.warrants this unit to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
from date of purchase. OMEGA Warranty adds an additional one (1) month grace period to the normal

to cover handling and shipping time. This ensures that OMEGA’s customers receive maximum coverage on each

Ifthe unitshould malfunction, it must bereturned to thefactory forevaluation.OMEGA’sCustomer ServiceDepartmentwill issue
anAuthorized Return(AR) number immediately upon phoneor written request. Uponexamination by OMEGA, ifthe unitis found
to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. OMEGA’sWARRANTY does not apply to defects resulting from any
actionof thepurchaser,including butnot limitedto mishandling,improper interfacing,operation outside of design limits, improper
repair,orunauthorized modification.ThisWARRANTYisVOID if the unitshows evidenceof havingbeen tamperedwith or shows
evidence of being damaged as a result of excessive corrosion; or current, heat, moisture or vibration; improper specification;
misapplication; misuse or other operating conditions outside of OMEGA’s control. Components which wear are not warranted,
includingbutnot limitedto contact points,fuses, and triacs.

responsibilityfor any omissions or errorsnor assumes liability for anydamages that result from the use of its products
