For durability and heat resistance
High Temperature brass couplings have a chrome-plated
brass valve and Viton seals to operate effectively in
temperatures up to 204°C (400°F). Made for high-heat
environments or to carry fluids up to 204°C (400°F)
without leaking. They offer all of the same quick connectquick disconnect capabilities of other OMEGA®couplings.
Chrome-plated brass shutoff valves can be ordered as
either the insert, the body, or both sides. For maximum
flow, use couplings without valves.
All metal high temperature couplings have chrome-plated
brass bodies and valves, stainless steel springs and latch,
and Viton®fluoroelastomer O-Ring seals. They are an
economical alternative to stainless steel quick couplings.

All OMEGA®chrome-plated brass couplings are available
in high temperature versions.

HOW TO ORDER:
Simply add "HT" after the part number shown for the
chrome-plated brass couplings to order with the
chrome-plated brass valve and Viton®seals.
Add $4.05 to the price of each coupling or insert,
a 25 piece minimum order required.

High temperature panel mount body, 1/8" flow with shutoff
valve, 1/4" ID tubing. Model Number, FT-MCD16-04HT.

Brass Quick Couplings
1/8" Flow, FT-MC Series
Keyed OMEGA®quick couplings are specifically designed for
small flexible hose and plastic tubing applications which require
positive mechanical connections and non-interchangeable
lines. They provide economical, keyed, high reliability,
fool proof connections that are compatible with lower pressure
and size requirements for instrumentation applications.

• Three Keyed, Non-Interchangeable Combinations
• Keyed Combinations Have Same Color-Code
• Available in Panel Mount and Pipe Thread Bodies
• Straight Through or Single End Shutoff, 1/8" Flow Size
Warning: Standard thermoplastic and chrome-plated
brass quick disconnects cannot be interchanged with keyed
quick disconnect couplings because they will leak.
*Color Coding: K1= Orange
K2= Yellow
K3= Blue
Ordering: All couplings have consistent color coding
(i.e., K1-Orange, K2-Yellow, K3-Blue). Order body and
insert separately to make tubing connection.
For example, MC10-02K1 and MC22-02K1.
