Our wide range of sensors has now
been extended by the 2 mm measuring range family members of the noncontacting eddy-current displacement
sensor (ECDS) systems:
• Series ds821 - Suitable for standard
applications
• Series ds822 - For use in hazardous
environments (ATEX, IECEx, EAC
Ex, UL HazLoc)
Both series are now available in 4 mm
and 2 mm measuring ranges and are
designed for monitoring rotating and
reciprocating machines with journalbearings in a wide range of industrial
applications:

The same ECDS oscillating driver
unit can be used for both 5 m and
10 m cable lengths; this minimizes
