The Mercoid® Series 3200G Explosion-Proof Smart Pressure Transmitter
is a microprocessor-based high performance transmitter, which has exible
pressure calibration, push-button conguration, and programmable using HART
Communication. The Series 3200G is capable of being congured with the zero
and span buttons, a eld calibrator is not required for conguration. The transmitter
software compensates for thermal effects, improving performance. EEPROM stores
conguration settings and stores sensor correction coefcients in the event of
shutdowns or power loss. The Series 3200G is FM approved for use in hazardous
(Classied) locations. The 100:1 rangeability allows the smart transmitter to be
congured to t any application.

The Model DEVCOM2000 HART® Communication Protocol Software turns
your PC into a full-featured HART® communicator. Now it is possible to congure
transmitters and control valves at the desktop or in the eld. DevCom2000 uses device
descriptions (DDs) to retrieve data that is stored in the memory of smart eld devices.
This software is a simple, reliable and secure method to add new measurement values
to control systems without the need of additional wires. This software eliminates the
need to purchase and maintain a separate handheld HART® communicator.
