1.The temperature controlled: There is three teams of heating tubes and each have a temperature controller.
2. Adjusting distant: Adjust the distant of the main axes and heating source according to the size of the food.
B. Transport and store:
Be careful in the transportation process. D o not converted and strongly shaking. Should not be place at outdoor area. Store it in the warehouse which is ventilated, dry and not caustic air . Prevent to be damage by raining or sunshine if need to put in the open air .
C. Installation and notice:
1.It must be put at the flat and steady place, keep 30cm far away from the articles. The machine must be keep away 10cm from the wall. Do not put easy burnt things on the top of the machine, such as towel and cloth.
2.The using voltage must be the same with the machine that required. The voltage figure can wave 10%.
3.It need to fix suitable electric power switch , fuse3mm electrical contact )and creepage protection near the equipment. Do not store things around the machine for easy to operation.
4.The grounding wire (yellow and green)is fix tegether with power wire . The grounding wire must connected with copper bolt that is up to the standard.
5.The electric connecter is at the lower of the oven. It must connect with 2.5mm copper wires.
6.Check the machine to make sure the parts of the machine is connecting fastness and the grounding wire is credible.
7.The electric connecting must be done by the electrician.
D. operation instruction:
1.Hand the food on the main axes, connect to the power supply and the lamp is on. Rotate the temperature clockwise to the needed figure and the heating lamp is on, the heating tube is working and the temperature rises.
2.The distant of axes and heating tube can be adjusted . Rotate the axletree controller clockwise to move ahead, it must plump with the basic surface.
3.The food is drilled through the axes, it will rotate follow the rotary axes.
E. Clean and Maintenance:
1.Cut off the power to be safe before cleaning .
2.Clean the surface of the machine with neutral detergent .Clean the controlling switches and meter with dry towel. Do not rinse it under running water or it will affect the electric efficiency
