Assembly and Operation Instruction
Summary
chrome plated shelves, which is adapted for drying jerky, fruit and
vegetables. The drying temperature differs from 86°F to 165°F.
Operation Instruction
1. Plug in then take the panel away.
2. Take out the chrome plated shelves in turn and lay out the food on
the shelves orderly. Then place into the dehydrator and key the panel.
3. Press "ON" then control the temperature by the controller. Adjust the
temperature based on the food capacity (150°F for meat, fish and
jerky, 135°F for fruits, and 120°F for vegetables).
4. Press "OFF" after the machine stops. Take the panel away after the
machine cools down. Then take out the food in order.
Dehydrating Jerky
1. To dehydrate strips of meat or ground meat formed into strips.
2. Cutting strips of the meat about 3/16” thick.
3. Place the strips on rack evenly.
4. To test jerky, allow to remove 1 strip for cooling, check and adjust
drying time accordingly.
