OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

FEATURES:

1. DRIVE UNIT. 1/4 HP Electric motor, 3450 RPM, 115 volt, 60 cycle, Single Phase.

2. POWER TRANSMISSION UNIT A rubber CASING with wire reinforcing braid and a metal liner covering and supporting a flexible shaft CORE made of several wound layers of piano wire.

3. HANDPIECE: Ball Bearing Handpiece with Bakelite Sleeve and Brass Screw covering lubrication hole. Screw the Cutter onto the 3/8-16 threaded stud on the Handpiece, tighten with the Pin Wrench,

4. CUTTER. An eight tooth fine scale cutter (standard) or a six flute large scale cutter (special) with a protective hand guard.

5. MOUNTING: Vertical hanging style mounting bracket with eye bolt.

6. ON/Off SWITCH: Built into handpiece hanger hook (yellow). Push UP to Start. Push DOWN to Stop,

7. ALUMINUM GUARD. Two sizes: Standard size for Eight Tooth Cutter and Large size for Six Flute Cutter. The Guard attaches to the Handpiece with the large allen screw.

8. 2 ALLEN WRENCHES: Large size is used to attach the Guard to Handpiece. Small size is used to attach the Casing Adapter

9. PIN WRENCHES. Used to tighten Cutter to Handpiece.

10. SHARPENING STONE: To remove burr on Cutter.
