7KV Vertical Stuffer Instructions

Operation Introduction

The machine has strong structure and is efcient in lling sausages, easy to operate and
clean.

How to use it?

1. Clean the parts. Fix the tube well then link the casing on the tube.

2. Equip the handle with nut, and then turn the handle counter-clockwise so that you can
get the piston out of the cylinder.

3. Take out the cylinder and put no more than 5 Lbs meat in it.

4. Put the cylinder back.

5. Turn the handle clockwise so that the piston goes INTO the cylinder, and then the meat
will be stuffed in the casing.

6. After all of the meat in the cylinder is stuffed, Turn the handle counter- clockwise, the
piston will come out of the cylinder. Then you can take out cylinder and clean it.

Repair and Maintenance:

1. Remove the cylinder and piston after using and wash them.

2. Wipe the body.
