Hebelschneider

Andruckleiste mit Fingerschutz
Klinge aus rostfreiem Stahl

1 Platzieren Sie das Schneidebrett mit der Hebelschneiderseite nach

oben auf eine stabile und ebene Oberfläche.

2 Der Schneidehebel ist an der Unterkante des Schneidebretts arretiert.

Zum Entriegeln des Schneidehebels ziehen Sie dessen Verriegelung
nach rechts ab (Bild 1, A) und schieben Sie diese dann nach vorne in

Position B (Bild 1).
3 Bewegen Sie den Schneidehebel des Schneidebretts nach oben.
4 Legen Sie das zu schneidende Material an die gewünschte Position

unter die Andruckleiste und drücken Sie diese nach unten (Bild 2).
5 Drücken Sie zum Schneiden mit der anderen Hand den Schneidehe-

bel nach unten (Bild 2).
6 Um den Schneidehebeln nach verrichteter Arbeit wieder zu arretieren,

drücken Sie den Hebel ganz nach unten, ziehen Sie die Verriegelung

in Position B nach rechts ab und schieben Sie diese nach hinten in

Position A (Bild 3).

Rollenschneider

Rollenschneider mit integriertem Wahlschalter und Verstellsicherung
Schneidefunktionen:

1. Gerader Schnitt Schnittleistung: max. 3 Blatt (80g/m²)

2. Perforation Schnittleistung: max. 3 Blatt (80g/m²)

3. Wellenschnitt Schnittleistung: max. 3 Blatt (80g/m²)
Die Messer befinden sich in einem geschützten Gehäuse.
Eine Ersatz-Schneideleiste befindet sich im Aufbewahrungsfach.

7 Platzieren Sie das Schneidebrett mit der Rollenschneiderseite nach

oben auf eine stabile und ebene Oberfläche.
8 Schieben Sie den Schneidekopf an eine Seite der Führungsschiene.
9 Legen Sie das zu schneidende Material an die gewünschte Position

unter die transparente Andruckleiste und halten Sie das Material mit

einer Hand fest, während Sie schneiden.

Hinweis: Halten Sie das platzierte Material sicher fest, da es sonst zu

Ungenauigkeiten kommen kann. Die Rasterung und die Messeinrich-

tungen auf dem Schneidebrett können als Positionshilfe dienen.

10 Zum Schneiden drücken Sie den Schneidekopf nach unten und zie-

hen Sie diesen entlang der Führungsschiene bis zur anderen Seite.

Hinweis: Um eine fehlerhafte Schnittkante zu vermeiden, führen Sie

den Schneidekopf nicht

zurück, sondern entfernen Sie nach dem

Schneiden das eingelegte Material.

Wahl des Schnittbildes

Der Rollenschneider ist mit drei verschiedenen Schnittbildern ausgestattet:
Gerader Schnitt, Perforation und Wellenschnitt. Wählen Sie das Schnittbild
aus, welches Sie benötigen.

1 Ziehen Sie die Verriegelung am Schneidekopf nach oben (Bild 5).
2 Drehen Sie den Auswahlknopf, bis sich das Symbol des gewünschten

Schnittbilds unterhalb der Verriegelung befindet (Bild 5).
3 Drücken Sie die Verriegelung am Schneidekopf nach unten (Bild 5).

Ersetzen der Schneideleiste

Die Schneideleiste hat vier Schnittkanten (zwei je Seite). Wenn das Schnitt­bild unsauber wird, sollten Sie die Schneideleiste so drehen, dass eine der
unbenutzten Schnittkanten zum Einsatz kommt:

1 Schieben Sie den Rollenschneider an ein Ende der Führungsschiene.
2 Entnehmen Sie nun an der anderen Seite der Führungsschiene die

Schneideleiste aus ihrer Nut. Hierfür sind extra zu beiden Seiten der

Führungsschiene Vertiefungen vorhanden (Bild 6).
3 Drehen Sie die Schneideleiste so, dass eine noch nicht verwendete

Schnittkante zum Einsatz kommt, und legen Sie die Schneideleiste

wieder in die Nut.
Wenn alle vier Schnittkanten der Schneideleiste verbraucht sind, ersetzen

Sie die Schneideleiste.

Hinweis: Eine Ersatzschneideleiste befindet sich im Aufbewahrungs-

fach in der Führungsschiene (Bild 7).

Auswechseln des Schneidekopfs

Wenn die Klinge des Rollenschneiders beschädigt oder abgenutzt ist, muss
der Schneidekopf getauscht werden.

1 Entfernen Sie die Endkappe der Führungsschiene aus der Grundplat-

te (Bild 8, A), ziehen Sie diese nach oben ab.
2 Ziehen Sie die Führungsschiene aus der Grundplatte heraus

(Bild 8, B).
3 Nehmen Sie dabei den Schneidekopf von der Führungsschiene ab

(Bild 8, C).
4 Ersetzen Sie den alten durch einen neuen Schneidekopf.

5 Schieben Sie die Führungsschiene wieder in die Grundplatte und set-

zen Sie dabei den neuen Schneidekopf auf.
6 Stecken Sie die Endkappe von oben auf die Öffnung am Ende der

Führungsschiene.

Hinweis: Es kann nur der komplette Schneidekopf ausgetauscht wer-

den. Zum Erwerb eines neuen Schneidekopfs wenden Sie sich bitte

an die telefonische Hotline.

1 Place the cutting unit on a stable, level base with the guillotine side

facing up.

2 The guillotine arm is locked at the bottom edge of the cutting unit. To

unlock the guillotine arm, pull the locking latch out a little (Fig. 1, A)

and slide it towards the front to Position B (Fig. 1).
3 Move the guillotine arm upwards.
4 Place the material to be cut in the required position under the pressing

rail and press the pressing rail down (Fig. 2).
5 Then use your other hand to move the guillotine arm down and cut the

document (Fig. 2).
6 In order to lock the guillotine arm again after finishing your work, move

the guillotine arm down as far as possible, pull the locking latch at Po-

sition B out a little and slide it back to Position A (Fig. 3).

Trimmer

Trimmer with integrated cut selector switch and setting lock.
Cutting functions:

1. Straight cut Cutting capacity: max. 3 sheets (80g/m²)

2. Perforation Cutting capacity: max. 3 sheets (80g/m²)

3. Wave cut Cutting capacity: max. 3 sheets (80g/m²)
The blades are accommodated in a protected housing.
A spare blade is contained in the integrated storage compartment.

1 Place the cutting unit on a stable, level base with the trimmer side fac-

ing up.
2 Slide the cutting head to one side of the guide rail.
3 Place the material to be cut in the required position under the trans-

parent pressing rail and hold the material in place with one hand when

cutting.

Note: Hold the material to be cut securely, otherwise it could shift and

be cut inaccurately. The raster and measuring system on the trim-

mer's working surface serve as positioning aids.
4 To complete the cut, press the cutting head down and slide it along

the guide rail to the other side.

Note: To prevent a faulty cutting edge, do not run the cutting head

back again but remove the cut material directly after completing the

cut.

Selecting the Type of Cut

The trimmer has various types of cut available for selection: straight cut, per­foration cut and wave cut. Select the type of cut you require.

1 Slide the lock for the trimmer's rotary cut selector upwards (Fig. 5).
2 Turn the selector knob until the symbol representing the required type

of cut is under the lock (Fig. 5).
3 Press the lock for the trimmer's rotary cut selector downwards (Fig. 5).

Replacing the Blade

The blade has four cutting edges (two on each side). When the quality of the
cut is no longer clean, turn the blade so that one of the unused cutting edges
will be used.

1 Slide the trimmer to one end of the guide rail.
2 Remove the blade out of the slot from the other side of the guide rail.

Recesses are provided for this at both sides of the guide rail (Fig. 6).
3 Turn the blade so that a cutting edge which has still not been used is

set to the working position and replace the blade back in the slot.
When all four cutting edges of the blade are worn, replace the blade.

Note: A spare blade is supplied in the storage compartment of the

guide rail (Fig. 7).

Replacing the Cutting Head

When the blade of the cutting head is damaged or worn, the cutting head
must be replaced.

1 Remove the end cap of the guide rail from the base plate (Fig. 8, A)

by pulling it upwards.
2 Pull the guide rail out of the base plate (Fig. 8, B).
3 Remove the cutting head from the guide rail (Fig. 8, C).
4 Replace the old cutting head with a new one.

5 Slide the guide rail back in the base plate and install the new cutting

head in the process.
6 Insert the end cap from above on the opening at the end of the guide

rail.

Note: Only the entire cutting head can be replaced. To obtain a new

cutting head, please telephone our hotline.

Lame en acier inoxydable

1 Placez le massicot avec le côté bras de coupe vers le haut sur une

surface stable et plane.

2 Le bras de coupe est verrouillé sur le bord inférieur du massicot. Pour

le déverrouiller, tirez son verrou vers la droite (Fig. 1, A) et poussez

ensuite celui-ci vers l'avant à la position B (Fig. 1).
3 Relevez le bras du massicot.
4 Posez le document devant être coupé à la position voulue sous la

barre de pression et appuyez sur celle-ci (Fig. 2).
5 Pour couper, abaissez le bras avec l'autre main (Fig. 2).
6 Pour verrouiller à nouveau le bras en fin de coupe, appuyez dessus

jusqu'à ce qu'il se trouve en bas, tirez le verrou à la position B vers la

Tête de coupe à lame rotative et sélecteur intégré ainsi que dispositif de

Les lames se trouvent dans un rangement protégé
Une bande de coupe de réserve se trouve dans le rangement.

1 Placez le massicot avec le côté tête de coupe à lame rotative vers le

haut sur une surface stable et plane.
2 Poussez la tête de coupe sur un côté du rail de guidage.
3 Posez le document à couper à la position voulue sous la barre de

pression transparente et tenez-le avec une main pendant que vous

coupez.

Remarque : maintenez-le bien fixement afin d'éviter les inexactitudes.

Le quadrillage et les tracés sur la base de coupe servent d'aide au

positionnement.

4 Pour couper, appuyez sur la tête de coupe et glissez-la le long du rail

de guidage jusqu'à l'autre extrémité.

Remarque : afin d'éviter une arête de coupe incorrecte, ne faites pas

revenir la tête, mais retirez le document après la coupe.

Sélectionner le profil de coupe

La tête de coupe à lame rotative est équipée de trois profils différents :
coupe droite, perforation et coupe vague. Sélectionnez le profil requis.

1 Tirez le verrou de la tête de coupe à lame de coupe rotative vers le

haut (Fig. 5).
2 Tournez le bouton sélecteur jusqu'à ce que le symbole du profil voulu

se trouve sous le verrou (Fig. 5).
3 Tirez le verrou de la tête de coupe vers le bas (Fig. 5).

Changer la bande de coupe

La bande de coupe a quatre arêtes (deux par côtés). Lorsque le profil de
coupe devient imprécis, il est conseillé de faire pivoter la bande de coupe de
telle sorte que vous puissiez vous servir de l'une des arêtes non encore utili­sée :

1 Poussez la tête de coupe à une extrémité du rail de guidage.
2 De l'autre côté du rail, retirez maintenant la bande de coupe de sa rai-

nure. Des encoches sont prévues exprès des deux côtés du rail de

guidage (Fig. 6).
3 Tournez la bande de coupe de manière à vous servir d'une arête non

encore utilisée et reposez la bande de coupe dans la rainure.
Lorsque toutes les arêtes de la bande de coupe sont usées, remplacez

celle-ci.

Remarque : une bande de coupe de réserve se trouve dans le ran-

gement du rail de guidage (Fig. 7).

Remplacer la tête de coupe à lame rotative

Lorsque la lame de la tête de coupe est endommagée ou usée, remplacer la
tête.

1 Retirez de la base le cache situé à l'extrémité du rail de guidage

(Fig. 8, A), tirez-le vers le haut.
2 Retirez le rail de la base (Fig. 8, B).
3 Pour ce faire, retirez la tête de coupe du rail (Fig. 8, C).
4 Remplacez l'ancienne tête de coupe par la nouvelle.

5 Réintroduisez le rail de guidage dans la base et posez la nouvelle

tête.
6 Replacez le cache par le haut sur l'orifice situé à l'extrémité du rail.

Remarque : La tête de coupe ne peut être remplacée que dans son

ensemble. Pour en acheter une nouvelle, veuillez vous adresser à la

1 Posicione la base de corte con el lado del cortador de palanca hacia

arriba sobre una base estable y nivelada.

2 La palanca de corte está fijada en el borde inferior de la base de

corte. Para desbloquear la palanca de corte debe retirar el bloqueo
del mismo a la derecha (figura 1, A) y empujar la misma a

continuación hacia delante hasta la posición B (figura 1).
3 Mueva la palanca de la base de corte hacia arriba.
4 Coloque el material a cortar en la posición deseada debajo de la

regleta de apriete y empuje la misma hacia abajo (figura 2).
5 Empuje la palanca con la otra mano hacia abajo para efectuar el corte

(figura 2).
6 Para volver a fijar la palanca de corte después del trabajo, empuje la

palanca completamente hacia abajo, retire el bloqueo en la posición B

a la derecha y empuje la misma hacia atrás hasta la posición A

(figura 3).

Cortador de rodillos con selector integrado y protección contra desajustes
Funciones de corte:

Los cuchillos se encuentran dentro de una carcasa protegida.
Una regleta de corte de recambio se encuentra en el compartimento.

1 Posicione la base de corte con el lado del cortador de rodillos hacia

arriba sobre una base estable y nivelada.
2 Acerque el cabezal cortador a un lado del riel de guía.
3 Coloque el material a cortar en la posición deseada debajo de la

regleta de apriete transparente y sujete el material con una mano

mientras esté realizando el corte.

Advertencia: Sujete el material posicionado con firmeza para evitar

que se produzcan irregularidades. La reticulación y los dispositivos de

medición de la base de corte pueden servir de ayuda de

posicionamiento.

4 Para efectuar el corte, empuje el cabezal cortador hacia abajo y tire

de la misma a lo largo del riel de guía hasta el otro lado.

Advertencia: Para evitar cualquier canto de corte erróneo, no guíe el

cabezal cortador hacia atrás, sino retire el material colocado después

de haber efectuado el corte.

Selección de la figura de corte

El cortador de rodillos está equipado con tres figuras de corte diferentes:
corte recto, perforación y corte ondulado. Elija la figura de corte que quiera.

1 Tire del bloqueo en el cortador de rodillos hacia arriba (figura 5).
2 Gire el botón selector hasta que el símbolo de la figura de corte

deseada se encuentre debajo del bloqueo (figura 5).
3 Empuje el bloqueo en el cortador de rodillos hacia abajo (figura 5).

Sustituir la regleta de corte

La regleta de corte tiene cuatro cantos de corte (dos en cada lado). Cuando
la figura de corte deje de ser impecable, debe girarse la regleta de corte de
tal modo que se utilice uno de los cantos de corte aún sin utilizar:

1 Empuje el cortador de rodillos hasta un extremo del riel de guía.
2 Retire ahora la regleta de corte de su ranura en el otro lado del riel de

guía. A tal fin existen unas cavidades en ambos lados del riel de guía

(figura 6).
3 Gire la regleta de corte de tal modo que se utilice un canto de corte

aún sin utilizar y vuelva a colocar la regleta de corte en la ranura.
Cuando se han gastado los cuatro cantos de corte de la regleta de corte,

debe sustituirse la regleta de corte.

Advertencia: Una regleta de corte de recambio se encuentra en el

compartimento del riel de guía (figura 7).

Sustituir el cortador de rodillos

Cuando el filo del cortador de rodillos esté dañado o gastado, es necesario
cambiar el cortador de rodillos.

1 Retire la cubierta final del riel de guía de la placa base (figura 8, A)

retirando la misma hacia arriba.
2 Extraiga el riel de guía de la placa base (figura 8, B).
3 Retire en esta operación el cortador de rodillos del riel de guía

(figura 8, C).
4 Sustituya el cortador de rodillos antiguo por uno nuevo.

5 Vuelva a empujar el riel de guía hacia la placa base y coloque el

cortador de rodillos nuevo.
6 Coloque la cubierta final desde arriba sobre la abertura en el extremo

del riel de guía.

Advertencia: Sólo se puede sustituir el cortador de rodillos completo.

Para la compra de un nuevo cortador de rodillos rogamos que se

ponga en contacto con la línea de asistencia telefónica.

2 De snijhefboom is aan de onderkant van de snijplaat vergrendeld.

Ontgrendelen van de snijhefboom: Trek de vergrendeling naar rechts
eraf (afb. 1, A) en schuif haar vervolgens naar voren in de juiste stand

B (afb. 1).
3 Beweeg de hefboom van de snijplaat naar boven.
4 Leg het te snijden materiaal op de gewenste plaats onder de

aandruklijst en druk hem naar onderen (afb. 2).
5 Druk om te snijden met uw andere hand de hefboom naar

onderen (afb. 2).
6 Om de snijhefboom na gebruik weer te vergrendelen drukt u hem

helemaal naar onderen. Trek de vergrendeling in de juiste stand B

naar rechts eraf en schuif haar naar achteren in stand A (afb. 3).

Rollensnijder

Rollensnijder met geïntegreerde keuzeschakelaar en verstelbeveiliging
Snijfuncties:

1. Rechte snede Snijcapaciteit: Maximaal 3 bladen (80 g/m²)

2. Perforatie Snijcapaciteit: Maximaal 3 bladen (80 g/m²)

3. Gegolfde snede Snijcapaciteit: Maximaal 3 bladen (80 g/m²)
De messen bevinden zich in een beschermende behuizing.
Een reserve-snijlijst bevindt zich in het opbergvak.

1 Plaats de snijplaat met de rollensnijkant naar boven op een stabiele

en vlakke ondergrond.
2 Schuif de snijkop naar één kant van de geleidingsrail.
3 Leg het te snijden materiaal op de gewenste plaats onder de

transparante aandruklijst en houd het materiaal met één hand vast

terwijl u snijdt.

Opmerking: Houd het geplaatste materiaal goed vast, omdat anders

onnauwkeurigheden kunnen ontstaan. Het raster en de

meetinrichtingen op de snijplaat kunnen als positioneringshulp dienen.

4 Om te snijden drukt u de snijkop naar onderen en trekt u hem langs

de geleidingsrail tot aan de andere kant.

Opmerking: Om een slechte snijkant te voorkomen leidt u de snijkop

niet

terug maar verwijdert u na het snijden het geplaatste materiaal.

Snede kiezen

De rollensnijder kan drie verschillende sneden maken: rechte snede,
perforatie en gegolfde snede. Kies de snede die u nodig hebt.

1 Trek de vergrendeling aan de rollensnijder naar boven (afb. 5).
2 Draai de keuzeknop totdat het symbool voor de gewenste snede

onder de vergrendeling staat (afb. 5).
3 Druk de vergrendeling op de rollensnijder naar onderen (afb. 5).

Snijlijst vervangen

De snijlijst heeft vier snijkanten (twee per kant). Als de snede onnauwkeurig
wordt, moet u de snijlijst zodanig draaien dat een van de ongebruikte
snijkanten wordt gebruikt.

1 Schuif de rollensnijder naar het ene einde van de geleidingsrail.
2 Neem nu aan het andere einde de snijlijst uit de groef. Hiervoor is de

geleidingsrail aan beide kanten voorzien van verdiepingen (afb. 6).
3 Draai de snijlijst zodanig dat een nog niet eerder gebruikte snijkant

wordt gebruikt. Leg de snijlijst weer in de groef.
Als alle vier de snijkanten van de snijlijst versleten zijn, vervangt u de

snijlijst.

Opmerking: Een reservesnijlijst bevindt zich in het opbergvak in de

geleidingsrail (afb. 7).

Rollensnijder vervangen

Als het lemmet van de rollensnijder beschadigd of versleten is, moet de
rollensnijder worden vervangen.

1 Verwijder de eindkap van de geleidingsrail uit de grondplaat

(afb. 8, A), trek hem naar boven eraf.
2 Trek de geleidingsrail uit de grondplaat (afb. 8, B).
3 Neem hierbij de rollensnijder van de geleidingsrail af (afb. 8, C).
4 Vervang de oude rollensnijder door een nieuwe.

5 Schuif de geleidingsrail weer in de grondplaat en zet hierbij de nieuwe

rollensnijder erop.
6 Steek de eindkap van boven op de opening aan het einde van de

geleidingsrail.

Opmerking: Het is alleen mogelijk om de complete rollensnijder te

vervangen. Voor aankoop van een nieuwe rollensnijder neemt u

contact op met de telefonisch hotline.

Taglierina a leva

Lama in acciaio inossidabile

1 Posizionare il refilatore con taglierina a leva rivolta in alto su una su-

perficie piana e compatta.

2 La leva di taglio si blocca sul bordo inferiore del refilatore. Per sbloc-

care la leva di taglio, tirare il dispositivo di fermo verso destra (figu-

ra 1, A) spingendola in avanti in posizione B (figura 1).
3 Spostare quindi in alto la leva del refilatore.
4 Allineare il materiale da tagliare nella posizione di taglio desiderata

sotto al profilo pressore che va quindi spinto in basso (figura 2).
5 Per tagliare, portare con l'altra mano la leva in basso (figura 2).
6 Per bloccare di nuovo alla fine dell'operazione le leve di taglio, preme-

re la leva interamente in basso, portare il dispositivo di fermo a destra

in posizione B spingendola quindi indietro in posizione A (figura 3).

Taglierina a rullo

Taglierina a rullo con selettore integrato e pressino bloccabile
Funzioni di taglio:

1. Taglio diritto Spessore di taglio: max. 3 fogli (80g/m²)

2. Perforazione Spessore di taglio: max. 3 fogli (80g/m²)

3. Taglio ondulato Spessore di taglio: max. 3 fogli (80g/m²)
Le lame si trovano all'interno di un involucro protetto.
Un sistema a lama di ricambio si trova nel vano di conservazione.

1 Posizionare il refilatore con taglierina a rulli rivolta in alto su una su-

perficie piana e compatta.
2 Spingere la testina di taglio contro un lato della guida di posiziona-

mento.
3 Allineare il materiale da tagliare nella posizione desiderata sotto al

profilo pressore trasparente e tenere fermo il materiale con una mano

durante il taglio.

Nota: Tenere il materiale saldamente posizionato altrimenti la lavora-

zione può risultare imprecisa. La griglia e le marcature di misurazione

presenti sul refilatore possono aiutare il corretto posizionamento.

4 Per tagliare, premere la testina di taglio in basso tirandola lungo la

guida di posizionamento fino a raggiungere l'altro lato.

Nota: Per evitare delle imperfezioni dello spigolo di taglio, non fare

scorrere la testina di taglio indietro ma rimuovere prima il materiale in-

serito subito dopo il taglio.

Scelta del tipo di taglio

La taglierina a rullo consente lo svolgimento di tre tipi di taglio differenti: ta­glio diritto, perforazione e taglio ondulato. Scegliere il tipo di taglio che si in­tende eseguire.

1 Tirare verso sopra il dispositivo di fermo presente presso la taglierina

a rullo (figura 5).
2 Girare la testina di selezione presente sotto al dispositivo di fermo in

modo da selezionare il tipo di taglio desiderato (figura 5).
3 Premere in basso il dispositivo di fermo presente presso la taglierina a

rullo (figura 5).

Sostituzione del sistema a lama

Il sistema a lama ha quattro spigoli di taglio (due per lato). Nel caso in cui il
taglio risultasse impreciso, girare la lama in modo da impiegare uno degli
spigoli di taglio non utilizzati:

1 Spingere la taglierina a rullo alla fine della guida di posizionamento.
2 Rimuovere quindi dal lato opposto alla guida di posizionamento il si-

stema a lama dalla rispettiva giunzione a maschio. Servirsi a tale sco-

po delle apposite rientranze presenti su ambo i lati della guida di

posizionamento (figura 6).
3 Girare il sistema a lama in modo da utilizzare uno spigolo di taglio ri-

masto finora inutilizzato e riporre quindi il sistema a lama nella giun-

zione a maschio.
Una volta che tutti i quattro spigoli di taglio del sistema a lama risultano logo-

ri, sostituire il sistema a lama.

Nota: Un sistema a lama di ricambio si trova nel vano di conservazio-

ne all'interno della guida di posizionamento (figura 7).

Sostituzione della taglierina a rullo

Non appena la lama della taglierina a rullo risulta danneggiata o usurata,
procedere a rispettiva sostituzione come segue:

1 Rimuovere l'estremità terminale della guida di posizionamento dalla

piastra di fondo (figura 8, A) e sfilarla tirandola in alto.
2 Estrarre la guida di posizionamento dalla piastra di fondo

(figura 8, B).
3 Rimuovere allo scopo la taglierina a rullo dalla guida di posizionamen-

to (figura 8, C).
4 Sostituire la taglierina a rullo con una taglierina nuova.

5 Introdurre nuovamente la guida di posizionamento nella piastra di fon-

do appoggiandovi la nuova taglierina a rullo.
6 Applicare dall'alto l'estremità terminale sull'apertura alla fine della gui-

da di posizionamento.

Nota: È possibile compiere solo la sostituzione dell'intera taglierina a

rullo. Per l'acquisto di una nuova taglierina a rullo, rivolgersi alla no-

stra linea telefonica diretta.

Používání pro daný účel

Tento řezací přístroj smí být používán pouze pro seříznutí papíru, pohlednic,
fotopapíru a laminovacích fólií. Jakékoliv jiné použití se považuje za použití
neodpovídající účelu. Svévolné provádění změn nebo přestaveb není
přípustné.

Čepel z nerezové oceli

1 Řezací desku umístěte na stabilní a rovný povrch, stranou pákové

řezačky směrem nahoru.

2 Řezací páka je na spodní hraně řezací desky zajištěna. Pro odjištění

řezací páky vytáhněte pojistku směrem nahoru (obr. 1, A) a tuto pak

posuňte směrem dopředu do polohy B (obr. 1).
3 Pákou řezací desky pohybujte směrem nahoru.
4 Materiál, který chcete řezat, uložte pod přítlačnou lištu do požadované

polohy a lištu stlačte dolů (obr. 2).
5 Pro řezání druhou rukou stlačte páku dolů (obr. 2).
6 Pro opětovné zajištění řezací páky po dokončení činnosti stlačte páku

úplně dolů, pojistku zatáhněte směrem doprava do polohy B a tuto

posuňte dozadu do polohy A (obr. 3).

Kotoučová řezačka

Kotoučová řezačka s integrovaným volícím přepínačem a nastavitelnou
pojistkou

Řezací funkce:

1. rovný řez řezný výkon: max. 3 listy (80g/m²)

2. perforace řezný výkon: max. 3 listy (80g/m²)

3. zvlněný řez řezný výkon: max. 3 listy (80g/m²)
Nože jsou uloženy v chráněném pouzdru.
Náhradní řezná lišta se nachází v úložné přihrádce.

1 Řezací desku umístěte na stabilní a rovný povrch, stranou kotoučové

řezačky směrem nahoru.
2 Řezací hlavu zasuňte na jednu stranu vodící kolejničky.
3 Materiál určený k řezání položte do požadované polohy pod

průsvitnou přítlačnou lištu a během řezání jej jednou rukou přidržte.

Upozornění: Umístěný materiál držte pevně, jinak může dojít k

nepřesnostem. Rastr a měřící zařízení na řezací desce mohou sloužit

jako polohovací pomůcka.

4 K řezání stlačte řezací hlavu dolů a táhněte ji podél vodící kolejničky

až na druhou stranu.

Upozornění: Aby nedošlo k vadné řezné hraně, NIKDY neveďte

řezací hlavu zpět, ale odstraňte po řezání vložený materiál.

Volba vzhledu řezu

Kotoučová řezačka je vybavena třemi různými vzhledy řezu: rovný řez,
perforace a zvlněný řez.Vyberte si vhodný vzhled řezu.

1 Táhněte pojistku na kotoučové řezačce směrem nahoru (obr. 5).
2 Otáčejte knoflíkem tak dlouho, dokud se pod pojistkou neobjeví

symbol požadovaného vzhledu řezu (obr. 5).
3 Zatlačte pojistku na kotoučové řezačce dolů (obr. 5).

Výměna řezné lišty

Řezná lišta má čtyři řezné hrany (dvě na každé straně). Pokud není vzhled
řezu povedený, měli byste řeznou lištu otočit tak, abyste využili jednu z

nepoužitých řezných hran.
1 Posuňte kotoučovou řezačku na jeden konec vodící kolejničky.
2 Nyní vyjměte řeznou lištu na druhé straně vodící kolejničky z drážky.

K tomuto účelu jsou obě strany vodící kolejničky vybaveny

prohlubněmi (obr. 6).
3 Otočte řeznou lištu tak, aby byla využita dosud nepoužitá řezná hrana

a řeznou lištu vložte zpět do drážky.
Pokud jsou všechny čtyři řezné hrany řezné lišty opotřebovány, vyměňte

řeznou lištu.

Upozornění: Náhradní řezná lišta se nachází v úložné přihrádce ve

vodící kolejničce (obr. 7).

Výměna kotoučové řezačky

Jakmile je čepel kotoučové řezačky poškozena nebo opotřebována, je nutno
kotoučovou řezačku vyměnit.

1 Odstraňte koncový kryt vodící kolejničky ze základové desky (obr. 8,

A), a tuto vytáhněte nahoru.
2 Vytáhněte vodící kolejničku ven ze základové desky (obr. 8, B).
3 Sejměte přitom kotoučovou řezačku z vodící kolejničky (obr. 8, C).
4 Nahraďte starou kotoučovou řezačku novou.

5 Zasuňte vodící kolejničku zpět do základové desky a nasaďte přitom

novou kotoučovou řezačku.
6 Koncový kryt přiložte shora na otvor na konci vodící kolejničky.

Upozornění: Lze vyměnit pouze kompletní kotoučovou řezačku. Pro

získání nové kotoučové řezačky se prosím obraťte na tel. horkou

linku.
