Celebrating over 60 years of manufacturing heritage in Australia, the designers at Oliveri have
created an enhanced, stylish sink that works in harmony with your modern kitchen. The crisp,
square lines of the Diaz sink and drainer provide an elegant look that keeps within today’s trend
for minimalist décor. The versatility of the Diaz sink is enhanced through the optional custom
designed accessories, which extend the fl exibility of your benchtop, while transforming your
Oliveri sink into a total hygienic food processing centre. If it’s not an Oliveri, it’s a compromise.
Stainless Steel Utility Tray
Provides extra defrosting surface. Included
with the DZ10U and DZ163 models, the plastic
rim was designed to eliminate injury from bare
edged steel whilst minimising scratching.
Filter Tap Landing
Oliveri’s designers have included a provision
for fi tting additional accessories such as
fi ltered water t aps or so ap dispe nser s.

Unique Drainer Design
The inspired design of the Diaz drainer is
modern and practical. The design reduces the
appearance of scratches with the fl at topped
fl utes, without sacrifi cing its stylish appearance.
Rear Outlets
Oliveri has placed the drain outlets towards the
rear of the bowl to give you the maximum amount
of usable space below the sink. Basket wastes are
also include d as sta ndard with all Diaz sinks.

Oliveri sinks are manufactured from genuine
18/10, 304 grade stainless steel, for optimum
hygie ne and durability. However, no stainless
steel sink was ever designed to do battle
against hardened metal utensils or food
processor blades, without incurring at least a
few scratches.
The best prevention against scratching
is to exercise a little ex tra care, or even
to use one of Oliveri’s acces sory baskets
when washing cutler y and the like.
To maintain the shine on your Oliveri sink,
regular maintenance is recommended with
any of the easy to obtain, non -abrasive
stainless steel cleaners or metal polishes.
