Care &
Maintenance
These Oliveri sinks are manufactured from
genuine 18/10, 304 grade stainless steel,
for optimum hygiene and durability.
The 16 Gauge (1.6mm thick) sink is
extremely strong, however no stainless
steel sink was ever designed to do battle
against hardened metal utensils o r food
processor blades, without incurring at
least a few scratches.
The best prevention against scratching is
to exercise a little extra care, or even to
use one of Oliveri’s accessory baskets
when washing cutlery and the like.
To maintain the shine on your Oliveri sink,
regular maintenance is recommended with
any of the easy to obtain, non-abrasive
stainless steel cleaners or metal polishes.
