DESCRIPTION
The MSC23832D-xxBS16/DS16 is a fully decoded, 8,388,608-word x 32-bit CMOS dynamic random access
memor y module com posed of six teen 16Mb DRAMs (4Mx 4) in SOJ packages mounted wit h sixteen decoupl ing
capacitors on a 72-pin glass epoxy single in-li ne pac k age. This module supports any application where high density
and large capaci ty of storage memory are r equired.
