DESCRIPTION

The MSC23436D-xxBS10/DS10 is a fully decoded, 4,194,304-word x 36-bit CMOS dynamic random access
memor y modul e composed of eight 16Mb DRAM s (4Mx4) i n SO J packages and two 8Mb DRAMs (4Mx 2) i n SOJ
packages mounted with ten decoupling capaci tors on a 72-pin glass epoxy si ngle in-li ne package. This modul e
supports any applicat ion where high density and l ar ge c apac ity of stor age memory ar e r equired.
