10 Gbps Transimpedance Amplifier IC
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Okis 10Gbps transimpedance amplifier is fabricated 0.1 m gate length P-HEMTs for high-speed optical communication. The IC has high sensitivity and overload performance.
