while another is coming in—especially

instant dial feature saves you even more
time by transmitting a multipage docu­ment as soon as a connection is made—
no waiting for all pages to be scanned.

But the high-speed features of the
OKIFAX 5900 don’t stop there.The
fast 33.6 Kbps modem is capable of
transmitting a page in as little as 2.5
seconds1. Not only does that save time,
but it also results in lower telephone
costs. Speaking of saving money, the
delayed transmission feature and 4.5 MB
standard memory (expandable to 8.5 MB)
allow users to store and fax their docu­ments after hours, when phone rates are
lower. Even if the power goes out, the
72-hour memory backup ensures no
faxes are lost—even over a weekend.

Want more? There’s the 1.5-second
scanning speed, which lets users get back
to work quickly. Its automatic document
feeder can hold up to 50 pages,so users
can drop off their multipage documents,
dial and walk away…the OKIFAX 5900
takes care of the rest.
