Assembly Instructions
Tools Needed: Phillips Head Screwdriver
STOP
Please read all instructions before assembly.
Step 1: Insert Casters (C) into Chair Base (B).
Step 2: Insert Gas Lift (D) into Chair Base (B) and cover with
Telescopic Bellows (E).
Step 3: Unfold back section of Chair Body (A) and bring to upright position, aligning the hinges on the back section and seat section underneath the vinyl flap.
Step 4: Insert Hinge Pins (F) facing inward through the hinges on both sides.
Step 5: Secure by screwing Pin Screws (G) with Allen Wrench (H) through the holes in the end of the Hinge Pins (F).
Step 6: Zip the vinyl flap closed.
Step 7: Place Chair Body (A) onto Chair Base (B) by inserting top
of Gas Lift (D) into the metal hole in the bottom of the

Assembly Notes:
During assembly, hand tighten screw only when all screws are in place, you may then tighten all screws completely.
CAUTION:
1. Do not use this chair as a step ladder.
2. Check for loose screws and tighten them every 6 months.

Step 1: With fingertips, find metal handle under Footrest.
Step 2: Pull Footrest out and lift up until it locks into position. Swivel Footrest down.
Step 1: Grasp the Footrest in the center and pull up to a vertical position.
Step 2: Push the Footrest down and back until it is tucked under the seat.
