Assembly Instructions
Please read all instructions before assembly.
Tools Needed: Allen Wrench included.
Step 1:
Insert Casters (D) into Chair Base (C). Insert Gas Lift (G) into Chair Base (C)
Cover Gas Lift (G) with Telescopic Bellows (H).
Step 2: Place Chair Seat (B) upside-down on a level, non-abrasive surface and
align pre-drilled holes in Seat Mechanism (F) with holes in Chair Seat (B).
The thinner portion of seat should face the back. Insert 6x25mm Screws (J)
through Washer (L), then through the holes in the Seat Mechanism (D) and
into the Chair Seat (B). Tighten with Allen Wrench (N) provided.
Step 3: Connect Chair Back (A) to Chair Seat (B) by inserting the bar on bottom
of the Chair Back (A) into the back of the Seat Mechanism (F). Then
attach by inserting 6x25mm Screws (J) through Washers (L) and secure
using the Allen Wrench (N).
Step 4: Attach Chair Arms (E) to Chair Back (A) and Chair Seat (B) using 6x50mm
Arm Screws (K) and tighten using the Allen Wrench (N). Cover screw holes
with Arm Caps (M).
Step 5: Take assembled chair body and place Seat Mechanism (F) onto Gas Lift (G),
and press down firmly to secure.
Seat Mechanism (F) to be sure unit is working.

Assembly Notes:
During assembly, hand tighten screws only. When all screws
are in place, you may then tighten all screws completely.
CAUTION:
1. Do not use this chair as a step ladder.
2. Check for loose screws and tighten them every 6 months.
