Operating manual

Mounting instructions

The choice of the mounting place is important for the proper functioning of the thermostat. It should
be mounted on the inner wall.
Influences such as solar radiation, local heat sources and draught should be avoided.
The mounting height should be approx. 150 cm (see figure 2).

Mounting of the base

The base can be mounted on a build-in box or directly on the wall (see figure 3)

Electrical connection of the FS10-11 to KMS heating controller

IMPORTANT: The mounting as well as the electrical connection should be effected by skilled workers

or authorised companies. The local prescriptions and the directives for electrical installations as per
DIN VDE 01000 and EN IEC 60364 have to be complied.
Pass the power cable through the base (figure 3). A 4-wire cable is needed for the wiring (picture 4).

Description and appearance of FS10-11 (Figure 1)

The analogue room thermostat FS10-11 is used for regulating the requested night and day room
temperature.

1 - Adjustment of the required day temperature; adjusting range from 12°C (-4) to 28°C (+4).

Position 0 signifies a room temperature of about 20°C.

2 - Adjustment of the required night temperature; adjusting range from 8°C (-6) to 24°C (+2).

Position 0 signifies a room temperature of about 20°C.

Instructions de montage

Le choix du lieu de montage est important pour le bon fonctionnement du thermostat d'ambiance. Le
thermostat est à monter sur le mur de refend.
Eviter la pénétration du soleil, des sources de chaleur locales et le courant d'air.
Le thermostat doit être monté dans une hauteur de 150 cm (figure 2).

Montage de la partie inférieure (socle)

La partie inférieure peut être montée sur une boîte encastrée standard ou directement sur le mur
(figure 3).

Branchement électrique du FS10-11 à la régulation de chauffage KMS

IMPORTANT : Le montage et le branchement électrique sont réservés aux personnes ou sociétés

spécialisées. Les directives locales ou bien les directives pour les installations électriques selon DIN VDE
01000 et EN IEC 60634 sont à respecter.
Passer le câble électrique à travers du socle (figure 3). Un câble à 4 fils est requis pour le câblage. Voir
les détails aux figure 4.

Le thermostat d'ambiance analogue FS10-11 sert à régler la température de jour et de nuit souhaitée dans
la pièce.

1. - Ajustage de la température de jour souhaitée; plage de réglage de 12°C (-4) à 28°C (+4).
Position 0 signifie une température ambiante d'env. 20°C.

2. - Ajustage de la température de nuit souhaitée ; plage de réglage de 8°C (-6) à 24°C (+2).

3. - Lampe témoin pour l'intervalle de temps de la température de nuit.

Le thermostat d'ambiance analogue FS10-11 peut être raccordé à la régulation de chauffage
OEG type KMS.

Beschreibung und Aussehen der FS10-11

Die analoge Raumeinheit FS10-11 dient zur Einstellung der Tages- und Nacht-Solltemperatur im
Wohnzimmer.

1. - Einstellung der Tages-Solltemperatur; Einstellbereich von 12 °C (-4) bis 28 °C (+4).
Position 0 bedeutet eine Raumtemperatur von ca. 20 °C.

2. - Einstellung der Nacht-Solltemperatur; Einstellbereich von 8 °C (-6) bis 24 °C (+2).
Position 0 bedeutet eine Raumtemperatur von ca. 20 °C.

3. - Signallampe für den Nacht-temperatur-Zeitintervall

Die analoge Raumeinheit FS10-11 kann an die OEG Heizungsregelung KMS angeschlossen
werden.

Montageanleitung

Die Auswahl des Montageortes ist wichtig für den richtigen Betrieb der Raumeinheit. Die Raumeinheit
wird an der Innenwand installiert.
Einflüsse wie Sonnenstrahlen, lokale Wärmequellen und Durchzug sollten vermieden werden. Die
Montagehöhe soll etwa 150 cm über dem Boden sein (Bild 2).

Montage des Untergestells

Das Untergestell kann auf eine Standard-Unterputzdose oder direkt auf die Wand montiert werden
(Bild 3).

Elektroanschluss von FS10-11 an Heizungsregler KMS

WICHTIG: Die Montage und den Elektroanschluss soll eine Person mit entsprechender

Fachausbildung oder ein bevollmächtigtes Unternehmen durchführen. Beim Anschluss müssen die
Lokalvorschriften bzw. die Vorschriften für Elektroinstallationen nach DIN VDE 01000 und EN IEC
60364 beachtet werden.
Stromkabel durch das Untergestell (Bild 3) führen. Für Verkabelung ist ein vieradriges Kabel
notwendig. Der Anschluss ist detaillierter auf Bild 4 dargestellt.

Montage-instructie

De keuze van de montageplaats is belangrijk voor de juiste werking van de kamerunit. De kamerunit wordt op
de binnenwand geïnstalleerd.
Beïnvloeding door zonnestralen, locale warmtebronnen en tocht dienen te worden vermeden.
De montagehoogte moet ca. 150 cm vanaf de vloer zijn (afbeelding 2).

Montage van de basis

De basis kan op een standaard inbouwdoos of direct op de wand worden gemonteerd
(Afbeelding 3).

Elektrische aansluiting van de FS10-12 op de verwarmingsregelaar

BELANGRIJK: De montage en de elektrische aansluiting dient door een vakbekwame monteur te worden

uitgevoerd. Bij het aansluiten dient rekening te worden gehouden met de voorschriften ter plaatse of de
voorschriften voor elektrische installaties volgens DIN VDE 01000 en EN IEC 60364.
Voedingskabel door het onderstel (afbeelding 3) leiden. Voor de aansluiting is een 4-aderig snoer noodzakelijk.
