Any potential users, please read this statement carefully before using the Starfall X Racing Drone.
This drone is not suitable nor intended for anyone under 14 years of age.
Although the Starfall X Racing Drone has been equipped with smart control systems which enable it to be a
safe when powered on, we strongly advise you to take off the propellers when adjusting any settings and
parameters. Keep the drone aircraft away from people as well as property to avoid any damage. Odyssey
Toys shall not assume compensation nor liability:
1. Damages caused when operator is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
2. Damages caused by operator error
3. Assembly or Operation not done under the guidance of this manual
5. Damages caused by arbitrarily refitting or changing spare parts or accessories not manufactured by
Odyssey Toys.
6. Damages caused by using items not manufactured by Odyssey Toys
7. Damages caused by operator’s inappropriate operation
8. Natural wear and tear (flight time is up to 100 hours)
9. Causing the drone aircraft to crash if it’s kept in the air after the sounding alarm for low voltage.
10. Keeping it flying even when exposed (such as water, oil, soil and other unnamed substances coming in,
not fully assembled, breakdown of major parts)
11. Damages caused when the aircraft flies under radio interference, unknown areas, no-fly zone or when
operator can not see the unit clearly.
12. Flying in bad or inclement weather like rain, snow, hail or extreme wind.
13. When aircraft is exposed to events or natural disaster, such as fire, explosion, lightning, storm,
tornado, rainstorm, flood, tsunami, earthquake, etc.
14. Damages caused due to infringement happened when operator use aircraft to acquire data, audio or
video material that is the property of the pilot.
15. Damages caused by a malfunctioning protecting circuit, batteries due to mismatch of RC models
and charger.

Caution & Notices for Product Use
Be sure to check the following items on e by one before each flight :
1. Before using t his pro duct, please be sure to have enough pr actice and experience to fly the
Odyssey Toys Starfall X Racing Drone.
2. B e sure to check all par ts are in good condition; if any part is w orn o r damag ed, do no t fly.
3. A lways re move the propellers wh en setting up your radio or recei vers to avoid serious injury!
Check t he re ceiver and c ables after eve ry flight. Damaged or wet elec tro nic componen ts, e ven if
re- dried, should no longer be used.
4. Please check whether the propeller and mot or are installed correctly an d securely, and confir m
positive spin and counter-spin propeller installement . Do not touch w hen t he drone is powered to
av oid serious injury.
5. Always per form a range and funct ion test on the ground . Rep eat t he te st wi th the motor running
and wit h short burst s of th rot tle t o ensur e proper operation.
6. K eep the remote transmi tter from any items that may cau se radio inter ference;
7. Make sure all componen ts ar e accurately co nnected to their power supply.
8.Make sure all connect ions are secure. Do not pull on th e cable s when you unplu g the c onnector.
9. R emember to t urn on the remote cont rol, and then start your flight. (After landing, the first s tep is
to lock the aircraf t, ne xt take ou t the battery and then tur n off the remote con trol.)
10. The pro pellers s pin at a very high rate of spe ed. Keep the drone vehicle at le ast 3 m eters dist anc e
aw ay when th e aircr aft is in operation. Ple ase keep awa y fro m obs tacle s, people, pow er lines. K eep
a clear flight p ath.
11. All items and ac ces sorie s should be kept a way f rom children. If a child accidentall y swallows any
par t, please se ek imme diate medical as sistance.
13. Please use the original Odyssey motors a nd 6-inch propeller. Do not use af termar ket p arts on the
drone.
14. Protect the model and receiver from dus t, dirt, and moisture . Do not ex pos e the e quipment to
vibrations and exce ssive heat o r cold.
15. For safety and (CE) certi fica tion, unauth orized con ver sions and / o r modifications of t he St arfall
X Racing Drone are not permitte d or authorized b y Odyssey Toys.
16. Be fore you fly, pleas e check any relevan t laws an d regulations for your area an d regio n. Always
