指示 燈

1.抽油 煙 機安裝 之 周圍 ， 應 避免 打 開門窗 過 多
而產生 空 氣對流 太 大， 則 無 法發 揮 其除排
煙之效 果 。(圖1-1 )

2.當抽 油 煙機與 其 他煮 食 爐 同時 操 作時， 請 保
持室內 空 氣流通 。

3.抽油 煙 機安裝 於 爐台 之 正 上方 。(圖1 -2)

4.安裝 後 之機體 不 歪斜 ， 應 保持 水 平，否 則 集
油盤(或集 油 杯)內積油 將 傾向 單 邊 而溢 出 機
體外。(圖1 - 3)

5.排風 出 口至機 體 之距 離 ， 應盡 量 避免過 長 ，
以免氣 流 擠壓於 管 內， 影 響 其排 風 效果。

6.抽油 煙 機之安 裝 高度 以 爐 面至 機 體前緣 端 面
之距離 ， 參考高 度 為70 - 8 0c m。(圖1 -4)

7.排風 管 安裝時 ， 不得 與 其 他氣 體 燃料爐 之 排
放口安 裝 在同一 煙 囪之 通 道 內。

1.打開 紙 箱檢視 保 證書 、 說 明書 、 風管座 等
附屬配 件 是否齊 全 。

2.安裝 前 先接上 電 源操 作 開 關上 之 各項功 能
是否正 常(馬 達運轉 、 照明)。

3.調整 機 體兩側 之 掛鉤(吊 鐵)， 將 機體 懸 掛於
木螺釘 上 。(圖2-1 )

4.懸掛 後 ，機體 要 保持 一 定 水平 。(安 裝原則
裡第3項已 敘 述)

5.排風 管 之安裝 位 置：(選 擇 性 配備 ， 本機不
含風管 等 配備)

爐台不 鄰 近窗戶 時 ，選 擇 最 近爐 台 可通
向戶外 玻 璃氣窗 ， 裝設 排 風 管穿 氣 窗而
出。

6.裝設 排 風管：(圖2 - 2)
將排風 管 之一端 套 入合 適 之 風管 座 ，並將

風管座 端 固定於 機 體出 風 口 及排 風 管另一
端固定 於 排氣孔 上 。

註：有 關 排風管 之 裝設 ， 以 上說 明 僅供參

考，施 工 需請專 業 人員 處 理 或洽 代 理
商。

1.本機 之 操作： ‧先取 下 抽屜， 再 旋鬆 底 板兩側 易
拆螺絲 ， 將機身 底 板卸 下 ；

當欲使 用 時，可 依 所需 觸 按機體
前方之 開 關按鍵 。 ‧將接 油 盤除下 ， 將鎖 帽 按順時 針

方向旋 鬆 ，將風 葉 心旋 下 ，取出

按鍵說 明 ：

風葉；

‧清潔 時 ，內外 表 面可 用 軟布沾 中

性清潔 劑 擦拭， 並 避免 括 花機體
內外表 面 ；

‧清潔 後 ，按上 述 相反 的 程序裝 上

底板。

注意： 清 潔抽油 煙 機前 應 先拔下 插

頭。請 檢 查底板 上 掛鉤 與 機

2.集油 盤 及集油 杯 之裝 拆 ：

體是否 緊 密連接 ， 以策 安
全。

‧當集 油 盤(或集油 杯)內 所盛 之 油

汁已達 八 分滿， 須 即時 將 油汁倒
掉後用 清 潔劑清 洗 之， 再 裝回原
固定位 置 。

‧集油 盤 拆卸時 只 須將 手 撐住集 油

盤下端 ， 向左轉 動 ，集 油 盤就脫
離。裝 回 時只須 將 集油 盤 向右轉
動，使 油 盤卡鉤 勾 住螺 絲 為止即
可。

‧每台 油 煙機附 有2 0只免 洗 油杯，

用完可 洽 代理商 服 務部 。

‧集油 杯 取出時 只 需用 手 將集油 杯

往前拉 出 ，裝回 時 將集 油 杯置之
集油槽 中 ，推入 至 底即 可 。

3.本機 可 當排風 機 使用 ：

本機不 僅 使用排 除 廚房 之 油煙
氣，平 時 亦可作 排 風機 使 用，調
節並維 持 室內清 新 的空 氣 。

4.清潔 方 法：

Ù為 發揮本機最 佳 性 能 ， 延 長 其 使 用壽命，應 經 常 注 意 保 養 。

Ù保 養維修時應 將 插 頭 拔 掉 ， 切 斷 電源！

A.保 養 重 於 維 修 ：

常 保機體外部 潔 淨 ， 使 用 後 請 用 乾布或沾有 中 性 清 潔 劑 之 抹 布 ， 擦拭

機 體外殼與底 板 ， 經 常 保 持 乾 淨 以維護其美 觀 及 衛 生 。

B.清 除 積 存 之 污 油 ：

當 集油盤(或集油 杯)內 所 盛 之 油 汁 已 達 八分滿，須 即 時 將 油 汁 倒 掉 ，

以 免有溢出的 可 能 。(集 油 盤 、 集 油 杯如何拆裝 已 於 使 用 方 法 中 敘 述 。)

A.拆 下 立體 濾 油網(保 護 網)，用 手 轉動 風 葉， 如 轉不

動， 查 看風 葉 是否 卡 住。 若 是， 請 調整 風 葉。

B.如 風 葉用 手 輕動 皆 能運 轉 自如 ， 則是 電 容器 的 問

題：

1.先 看 啟動 線(黃 色電 線)是 否脫 離 電容 器(參 考配
線圖)。

2.啟 動 線沒 脫 落， 就 是電 容 器損 壞 ，必 須 換電 容
器。

C.如 按 下馬 達 按鈕 ， 馬達 稍 運轉 即 停止 ， 而於 馬 達處

可聞 到 一股 燒 焦臭 味 ，則 馬 達燒 毀 ，必 須 更換 馬
達。

A.拆 下 立體 濾 油網(保 護 網)，查 看 兩入 風 口墊 圈 與排

風室 是 否密 接 妥當 。

B.拆 下 底板 ， 查看 排 風室 外 緣與 頂 板之 結 合處 是 否漏

油； 若 是， 即 用玻 璃 膠予 以 補填 。

A.查 看 馬達 是 否鎖 緊 。
B.如 馬 達已 鎖 緊， 則 是風 葉 受損 ， 不平 穩 轉動 時 會產

生震 動 ，應 更 換風 葉 。

A.如 發 現左 右 歪斜 則 由吊 鐵 調整 左 右高 度 。
B.如 發 現向 前 傾斜 ， 則由 木 螺釘 再 行鎖 入 牆壁 ，(釘

身大 約0 .5 - 1公分 於 壁外)， 或 查看 吊 鐵固 定 於機 體
的螺 絲 是否 鬆 落。
