To reduce the risk of serious or fatal injury from electrical shock:
1. DO NOT use while bathing.
2. DO NOT place the product where it can be splashed by liquid or fall into bathtub, water
3. DO NOT reach for the unit in the event the unit falls into water. Unplug the unit immediately, then send it to your dealer or O2-B™ authorized service center for examination or repair.
WARNING
1. Check the electrical rating on the unit label and wall outlet before connecting the power cord.
2. Keep all electrical cords away from heated surfaces.
3. DO NOT operate this unit if it:
• has been dropped or knocked heavily.
• has been splashed by liquid.
• has a damaged cord or plug.
• is not working properly.
4. This device manufactures high levels of oxygen, which promotes rapid burning. DO NOT allow open flames within 5 feet of: (1) this device or (2) any oxygen carrying accessory. Use no oil, grease, or petroleum-based products on or near the unit. Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet before you clean or service the unit.
5. If the unit is turned on but not in use, DO NOT leave the Headset under covering or chair cushions. The oxygen will make the material flammable. Set the power switch “0” (off) position when the Oxygen Bar is not in use.
6. Electrical shock hazard. DO NOT remove cover! Only your dealer or O2-B™ authorized technician should remove the cover.

GETTING STARTED
1. Open the box containing your O2-B™ Portable Oxygen Bar, check the contents and make sure the following components are enclosed:

If there are missing items, please contact the dealer where you purchased your O2-B™ Portable Oxygen Bar.
2. Completely fill out the Warranty Card and return by mail.
3. It is recommended that you keep an extra Air Intake Filter on hand at all times as a replacement.

HOW TO OPERATE YOUR
O2-B™ Portable Oxygen Bar
1. Familiarize yourself with this unit.
2. Place unit on a stable, flat surface which is clean and free of dust. DO NOT set base on carpet or other soft surface. This could cause air flow restriction and damage to unit.
3. Check to see that the Power switch is in the electrical outlet.
