DESCRIPTION
The M54/74HC107 isa highspeed CMOSDUAL J­K FLIPFLOPfabricated insilicon gateC2MOStech­nology. Ithas the same highspeed performance of LSTTL combined with true CMOS low power con­sumption. These flip-flop are edge sensitive to the clockinput and change state onthe negative going transition of the clock pulse. Each one has inde­pendentJ, K, CLOCK,and CLEAR input and Qand Q outputs.CLEAR is independent of the clockand accomplished by a logiclow on the input.Allinputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge and transient excess voltage.
