1. Product profile
1.1 General description
The temperature sensors in the KTY82 series have a positive temperature coefficient of
resistance and are suitable foruseinmeasurementandcontrolsystems. The sensors are
encapsulated in the small plastic Surface Mounted Device (SMD) SOT23 package.
Other special selections are available on request.

with a temperature of 25 ° C is moved to an environment with an ambient temperature of 100 ° C, the time for the sensor to reach a
temperature of 72.4 ° C is the thermal time constant.
