Wireless Magnetic 2 in 1 Charger

NVX thanks you for purchasing the MagNeatO. This
convenient wireless car charger includes a unique magnetic
design and the flexibility of multiple mounting options.
Please, kindly read the user manual before using and keep

for future reference to ensure the longevity and reliability
of this device.

Install and Method of Use

1. Base mounting options:

a) Vent mount - While parked, clamp bracket at air

conditioning vent or at other places in the car, connect to

USB power cable, adjust the angle of device to accommodate

convenience, safety, and optimal charging position.

b) Dash/surface-mount - While parked, remove sticker from
base and attach to a flat surface. Connect to USB power
cable, adjust the angle of device to accommodate

convenience, safety and optimal charging position.

2. Installing magnetic ring and charging:

a) Attach the magnetic ring directly on the rear of your
phone/device or to a protective case. Before doing so, you

will need to locate the center of the charging connector on

your phone/device.

b) To locate the wireless charging connector, refer to your
phone’s user manual or you can try the following steps:

- Mount the MagNeatO base and connect the USB to

ensure it is on.

- Most new phones have the wireless charging feature

always on. If your phone does not, then confirm it is

turned on your phone.

- Slowly position and hold your phone against the

MagNeatO until you see your device charging begin. Locate
the best position for charging (typically under the logo on

the back of the phone or somewhat center).

- Use the included guide and attach the protective clear

guard to your device or charger in the position where

charging was working.

- Remove sticker from the Magnet Ring and attach to

clear guard.

- Mount your phone/device and confirm charging still
works.

- If charging does not work, then you will need to adjust
the magnetic ring so you can mount AND charge your
phone/device.

Notes

1. We include a QuickCharge 3.0 USB charger with your
device for ultra fast charging in your vehicle. If you are
going to use in your home, office or indoors, then please
use an AC Adapter with USB and QuickCharge 3.0 if you
desire the fastest possible charging. At minimum, you must
use a USB charging with actual 1.5A output. Insufficient

input current may result in unstable charging.

2. This device is built to charge all Qi mobile devices. To
ensure the best charge, adjust your phone to align with the

coils embedded in the center of the device. On certain

Qi-enabled mobile devices, the receiver coil (that receives
power from the MagNeatO), is located at the bottom of
your phone, and you will need to adjust the position of

your phone to achieve optimal charging.

3. Some mobile phones respond a little slower when placed

upon the MagNeatO, and please be advised that this is due
to the operating system of your phone, and not MagNeatO.

MagNeatO has magnetic functionality, differing from
different mobile phones with wireless charging function or
different size of receiver of different magnetic force, and
dedicated magnetic charging receiver is recommended.or

What sets the MagNeatO apart from traditional wireless
charging stations is it’s magnetic functionality.

This technology allows for a wireless charging station built

for the road, home, or office. In addition, we include a Quick
Charge 3.0 (QC3.0) USB Charger AND 10 watt charging so

your device can receive the perfect voltage and current­optimized to its exact charging state.

Safety Instructions

Before the first use of the device, please read this manual
as this will assure you receive the optimal benefit from this

product.

Warning:

In order to protect person(s) against bodily injury and
damage to property please follow these instructions:

1. Do not disassemble this device. Disassembling this device
can lead to a short circuit, or leakage of the charging
vessel. Disassembly also may cause a risk of fire or electric
shock.

2. Do not expose this device to fire or water. Severely hot,

humid, dusty or corrosive environments can cause circuit

damage and leakage of the charging device.

3. If you use a pacemaker or a related medical device,
please, consult the use of this product with a doctor. A
pacemaker must be kept more than 22 cm (8.66 in) from

the wireless charger. Electromagnetic waves of the charger

could interfere the pacemaker.

4. Give proper training according to this manual to any
person that uses this device. This device is not a toy.

5. Do not place credit cards (or any card with a magnetic
strip), magnetic recording devices (such as CD’s or DVD’s),

or similarly magnetic items too close to this device, as this
may result in damage or data erasure to them.

FAQ and Troubleshooting

Q: My device is hot while charging, is this normal?
A: It depends on the receiver in your phone. If the charging

coil of the receiver in your phone is small, the heat

dissipation may not be adequate, and this may cause
excess heat to accumulate while charging. If this happens,

remove your phone from the charger and let cool.

Q: Why does the LED indicator keep flashing?
A: Make sure you have found the optimal charging position

of your device on the MagNeatO.

Q: Why is my phone not charging?
A: Make sure your mobile device is QI-Standard supported.
You can do so here.-- Make sure you are using an AC
Adapter with full 1.5A output.

Q: Why does this charge slower than the charger that I

received with my device?

A: The phone (receiver built-in) or external receiver coil that

allows the wireless charging current may be different.

Alternatively, your phone may be using an above-normal
amount of power while in standby/sleep, such as refreshing
background applications and web pages.

Q: Is wireless charging harmful to one’s health?
A: The MagNeatO wireless charger emits non-ionizing

radiation which studies have shown not harmful to humans.

Q: Does this product have a warranty?
A: NVX provides all of our customers a standard 12-month

warranty from the date of purchase..
